Do you have a part number for that extension you have on the wrench? I got a similar one but it can't reach the nuts that hold the wheels on the X-Maxx.

Hi Kev!! I just got a Rustler vxl for 50 quid 😊,, i put some badlands on the back and front cheaper generic wheels n boots,, a RPM front bumper and a traxxas wheely bar, like a new rig,, very happy, and also just got a Scout which i am modding to protect the front servo and battery replacment mount for WOW as the batt sits way to high,, i stopped making vids as my health with spondylosis makes it very hard to keep up,, but still having fun learning and doing what i can,, i know the Scout is no trx but for the price i am happy, although it did come with a small rip in a tyre,, which i just glued,, as the company i got it from!! "Modelsport" have been very good to deal with and were very helpful on the phone to me when i first got a real intrest a while ago,, and vids from guys like your good self are very inspiring for anyone that wants to get into the hobby, as most folk seem to just leave they're new "toy" rc as soon as they break something,, but as you say!! So much of the hobby is working on your rc stuff, and enjoying doing that,, happy bashing lads,

Chauncey Winters learn how to set up and shim your gears properly. They arent just a plug and play part, you have to learn to tell when its too loose, or too tight. You shouldnt have too much backlash.
