The BBQ Daddy looks like it did a good job. Better than the brush, like you said you won't have to worry about the bristles falling out.
Thanks for watching Debra hope you have a good weekend
@@DIYJIM I hope you have a great weekend too!
A good no-nonesense review. Thank you for taking the time to show the features and do a realistic cleaning. I think I will try this product.
I’m still using mine, thanks for watching
Mine just came today. Can’t wait to try it out on my Meadow Creek smoker.
Thanks for watching hope you like your BBQ Daddy
BBQ Daddy the hook is to flip your grates. The ice water is because the special sponge inside the pad is FIRM in cold water SOFT in warm water. See SCRUB DADDY comml to see what's inside. Nice job
Thanks for watching Duane
Great video. But the fact that you cracked open the best beer ever, yuengling, much respect to you Sir!
Thanks for watching, good cold beer
That's funny, I thought the opposite. A bit of credibility lost with that bubblegum beer but to each his own. Nice job BTW, I think I'll get one, thanks.
good review and demonstration
Thanks for watching
Just ordered one looks great
Thanks for watching
Great video, thank you!
Welcome
Had one for over a year, just need to find some time to use it this weekend, probably should do the smoker too.
Thanks for watching

Awesome glad you like my vids.
@@DIYJIM Its Nunlist
Nice deck!
Thanks!
Have you tried the power paste since making this video? If so, was it any good?
I haven’t I’ll try to remember to ask my wife.
I might get one for myself
Thanks for watching
Did you know that you can use the hook to hook onto the grate and lift it up. That way you can clean the bottom, I know I’m late but thought I would let you know
Yep I knew that but didn’t think it worked good for that. Thanks for watching Connor
Now that it's been a year, how has the BBQ Daddy held up? Have you had to replace the head and if so how long do they last?
That’s a hard answer to give mine is still good but I don’t use it every week. It has started to rust a little.
We like bottles better then can
LOL thanks for watching
Also flip the adjustable grip to use the straight edge scraper on a flat top griddle or you'd flat grate cast iron. No need to disassemble
Thanks for the tip
Love the video the big daddy looks like it's does the job well have to purchase this and excuse me I got to make me some bbq hamburgers and ribs.🍖🍔 😋
Thanks for watching
May you compare it to the bbq rescue cleaner?
Never used that
do you notice any rust on the grates because of the water?
No I have not make sure your grates are seasoned good. Thanks for watching
❤❤❤
Thanks for watching
Will this work on a black stone grills ?
I think it would never really tried it. Thanks for watching
Vinegar is what we used at night to break down the grease on the old McDonald's flat top grills. Circa. 1980s. We used the left over pickle juice per McD's Corporate which probably came from the stores.
I will have to try this. I use Weber Grill's Grate Cleaner spray, scrub then rinse the grates w/water & paper towels. To scrub I use a thick green scrubbing pad and a pad holder i.e. flat piece of plastic w/spikes and a handle.
After rinsing I dry the grates w/a paper towel, spray their Grill Oil on the grates, and wipe the grates w/a clean towel to spread the oil everywhere. Kind of like caring for a cast iron skillet.
I use Weber's exterior cleaner and if there is a tough stain they have a cleaner for that also.
I bring my grates inside during our winters Jan & Feb. My Weber is seven years old and it looks brand new.
Why some places it's $50 and some places it $25
not sure thanks for watching
The couch pad behind your bbq looks like a raw rack of ribs
Thanks for watching
