It's not possible with every car. Also if catchup is on and you're ahead, then your car will slow down. The Nero and the X80 can do it. Maybe the T20 and Zentorno too. The trick is the land on the platform as soon as possible so you can build up speed. Don't take the jump straight on for the first wave, go to the left so you can carry the speed as much as possible.

yes, x80 have the feature "tyres can clip". If a vehicle has this it will benefit from off-road wheels. More info here:
