This vedio really helps me to get to know more about how to plan an event most specially for me as a student who are still gaining mo knowledge and ideas about events management .
As I've watch the video, it comes out in my mind that planning should always be the first thing to do for us to have a good and valuable event.
Now I learned that planning is very important in an event. We should know our goals and objectives in planning an event. Thank you for this tutorial😊.
Planning holds a very important role when you will be conducting such events. One event to prepares and it also avoids confusion to someone when it comes to date. It maybe a successful planning event or a failed planning should done with serious matters to be talked about. Thank you ma'am 😊
Three important components of event planning are:
1) Understanding the purpose of the event
2) Deciding the Venue or location of the event is very important
3) Volunteering is also an important component to lay out the roles and responsibilities
The volunteering part is my weakness at the moment, any tips?
Now i know, that event planning is one of the most important thing we need to know. And the components of an event, well it helps and guide us to have an effective planning at all.
I have learned so many things about this video especially in planning an event and about the components of an event including the importance of its sub-components. I can really tell that planning an event is not a joke and it requires so much time and effort (I have experienced this in school since I'm a member of a student government back in Senior High). The challenges are what makes planning an event or conducting an event stressful especially those variables who are out of your control. But when the event is done and it succeeded you can really inhale deeply and thank God that it goes smoothly. In this video I discovered that my experiences aren't enough because I still have so much to learn. Thank you for this great information I will always remember this and use it someday.

Planning is not easy. You need to consider a lot of things especially the components and under of it. Planning is very helpful and useful in our lives. Planning an event must be perfect, you need to double check or more all the needs and possibilities because the event wouldn't shift for another day.
