You don't need to add a negative spin on things. Service industries are SKILL-based. Just because something doesn't look valuable to you doesn't mean it's not a skill. Event planning is actually super complicated, especially if you want it executed in an organized and aesthetic manner. Takes a bunch of planning, organization and creativity. It doesn't take being lazy to outsource something like that, just the self-awareness to know that someone more skilled than you could execute your vision a lot better.

well there is a saying "a fool and their money are easily parted". applies perfectly to the current generation deep in credit card debt while still having student loans, buying things they don't need with money they don't have. i get having student debt. but no way credit card debt. took me 3 years to pay off. discipline is key which millenials and genz lack. btw im a millenial as well.

Depends on what the demand is in your area. If you live in a small town with a lot of families, cater to children. If you live in a big city, cater to adults.

For all the incredible work Mallory and her team is doing, she is low balling herself, the staff, and her company. Hopefully, she will overcome her fear of pricing her parties accordingly--especially for the parties involving clients from the Hotel and Hospitality Industry, Music Industry, Celebrities etc. Also, I hope she's part of the creator programs offered by both Tik Tok and Instagram.
