Why when I change working days from holidays section does not appear in the task schedule? I made all days working days except Saturday but didn’t show any affect. It’s show that as Saturday and Sunday are non working days.

How I can change working days to affect schedule ? I have changed Saturday to be working day but still doesn’t not showed in the task planning

thank you. 🙏 personally, so far, I've always put issues to solve directly into my plan, under each deliverable. but to keep track of that better, I'll just create a section "issues" under the normal plan for each deliverable. this way, I only need to keep track and update my plan, and not again another document, which multiplication I consider to be the sickness of our job.

At 56:58 they ask an interesting question related to timesheets and how they are an enemy of creative. I am a creative and personally I think it depends on how the time sheet is being used. I don't see value in using it as a micromanaging tool but do see many benefits like the ones described in your video. Identifying problems in the workflow that might not even be related to individual performance,. Comparing planned to actual costs is a big one as well. How are services supposed to be priced if we don't even know how much it costs to offer them?
