    Kaluhi your making me hungry this early in the day....haha me too 2:02 I get lazy sometimes and just use powdered garlic and ginger...hehe and the matoke looks uuuh sooo tasty...definitely made with love.

    Jambo. Asante for the good memories of my childhood I have after watching this link. Where I live, I have to go a long way to Asia shop to get Matoki flour from west Africa. Could you advice me of how much I could ues instead the bananas?

    To avoid oxidation put salt in the washing water and soak them in as you peel them

    I tried this and it was super delicious. My child will not touch green bananas with a ten inch pole😆😆😆
    She finished off her plate and asked for seconds... I nearly fell of my seat.

    The coriander was among the first ingredients in the source pan.....won't it overcook and loose the aroma? Just curious

      If you listened closely, dania STEMS go at the beginning and dania LEAVES go at the end as a garnish. Stems can handle the heat of the first process, delicate leaves cannot that's why they are a garnish
