You can sort of make a quick but similar tasting sauce using tomato paste, sourcream, chipotle seasoning, salt pepper and chicken stock cube. Cook cauliflower flowrets in the sauce along with some chicken. I would go back to the restaurant for the proper romescu side dish though!

I actually love cauliflower! I personally create a mix of some oil and spices (garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and a bit of pepper) and brush the cauliflower bits with it and put in the oven. When it's almost done I add shredded cheese on top and bake until the cheese is melted. It's delicious, definitely recommend

I can attest that this is actually very good. I have been frying big shreds of white lettuce and cauliflowers and topped them with clarified butter and garlic powder They are excellent with regular white rice, potatoes, and beans.

@@JesusChrist-sm4bm eating fat doesnt translate to fat, eating too much sugar for your body to handle causes your body to create fat. Eating steak gives protiens that my body needs to maintain my health and muscles.

as a vegetarian, i think you should come out with a vegetarian cookbook since all your food looks so good 😋 but it’s not worth buying a cookbook when i can’t eat half of what’s in it
