Joe, I’m through the trauma bond, reached the point of indifference, and I still like hearing your perspectives on this disorder. Borderlines and Narcs act similarly. Both are super freaking dangerous. I’m glad I’m still young and have learned this lesson. Thank you Joe!
Borderlines are basically failed Narks or Narcissist Light. It's like Nark but not quite. Had a Nark and BL chasing me simultaneously. Nark was easy to see seen it before. But BL didn't know about til researched...
The confusion is to get the victim to feed supply/boosts. Chasing, begging, and pleading for answers from Nark. Victims blow up phones by texting and calling non stop. Feeds Narkys self esteem and ego og being ALL SUPERIOR ALL POWERFUL..

Understood and you are right… albeit some of my own doubting of what I know is true comes from myself, and not trusting my intuition. But when I am certain of something I tend to hold on to it like a dog with a bone so to speak. I am not the most patient person either 😇

I had quite a few toxic people in my life, family & bf's not build me up, put me down, tell me I will fail, criticize my dreams, make assumptions that were not true and try to keep me from pursuing my dreams & career. Didn't happen and they couldn't break me down. They don't want you happy(because they aren't obviously), they WILL take you down & destroy you IF you let them. They don't like when you realize all that has happened & everything becomes clear & you're focused on the path and YOUR life. Like you said before joe, "It's so important to cut the cord with these people."💯
This message was SO GOOD! It gave me soo much clarity. It was divinely timed too. I was ruminating on something a possible narcissist said to me. I spoke about something I wanted and then they were trying to ask me why I wanted that color. And then tried to insist I get a different style, that it’s more favored, yet they have item and it’s not that style. And I was just frustrated how when I talk to this person they are constantly invalidating the things I personally want, like it’s not good enough. But they are free to live however they want and their style to me is definitely something I’m not a personal fan of whatsoever. Yet they will give tips from experts and but you don’t see them taking that advice in their own lives. I also had a Narc one time help me clean my room, which now I know was to monitor and observe what I have. And I cleaned off my desk and put 3 photos of myself and family at the top and they were telling me I should take them down because it looks too cluttered. I’m not defensive so I just said no, I like them. But I thought about it later, they have the mostttt cluttered room and desk. (probably bc they didn’t want me to have reminders of my own autonomy!) *So you really have to pay attention to critical people if they even practice what they preach, or they are just trying to confuse you from your own growth and authenticity.*
My ex wife is a narcissist and so is my mom and guess what they are best friends my ex wife now lived with my mom with my daughter as well you have to gain discernment when you go no contact or low contact and run into them they will tell you all the great things other people are doing in hopes you feel jealous and spill everything you got going on, DONT, keep all your moves to yourself so they can’t send you the evil eye and evil energy and foil your plans
@@Sarah_sunshine14 yes he is.. and so are you. I've learned so much through the pain.. one of my favorite lessons is that sometimes it's complete strangers who are there for you and understand what happened. No matter what they did, they didn't break us!! The sunshine is beautiful!

Setting my mind right never did a damned thing to help me cope with the narcissists in my life. You know what did? Cutting them out of my life--completely. Maybe I'm not caffeinated enough to follow your thought process here. This made almost zero sense to me. Guess I'm not the target audience.
