Hi Paola, There is one thing with japanese or korean nail art that I do not understand. I watch a lot of korean and japanese nail techs and they always wipe off tacky layer after basecoat. We are taught the gel polish needs the tacky layer for adhesion, so why do they wipe it off. Did you happen to notice that as well and do you know the reason behind it?
