- In this video, I give you a tour of my 1 bedroom apartment in Manhattan (very last minute apartment tour before moving to my 2nd nyc apartment). When I moved to this apartment (my 1st nyc apartment), I didn't expect to move out after 14 months. I really expected to stay here for few more years but it's ok....at the end everything works out for the best!! Even though I did not complete decorating and furnishing my place, I still wanted to do this tour. Despite all the ups and down, this apartment still holds a very special place in my heart and marks a significant chapter in my life.

This is the most realistic apartment tour I've seen. I can actually relate with the renter . She was not shy to talk about the negative things of the apartment for example her mole and roaches. I am sure other apartment owners had those but thought that the viewers were going to be turned off by the tour. Actually I enjoyed her tour. Thanks so much and good luck with your next apartment!

$2350 & a roach & mold issue?! Totally unacceptable. We live in a basement apartment & the landlord has had to rip open a wall 2x & redo the wall because of mold issues. I can always tell when the mold is coming back because my allergies go crazy & I can't stop coughing. Don't keep your makeup in or near the bathroom, the humidity in the bathroom will break down the ingredients in your skincare/ makeup faster & it looks like you invest in good quality brands 😊 also keep perfume in the fridge always in a cool dark place away from light & heat it will last years this way. Really like how you decorated your place very modern. Can't wait to see how you decorate your new place!❤
Wow this whole time I didn't realize you even had any windows in the living area. I thought the curtain over one was hiding a closet! Can't wait to see the new place decorated and hope it's got lots of light for your plants.

Dogs are in protective mode when you use the bathroom because you are vulnerable. Wild animals like wolves,coyotes and so on do this. Can’t wait to see what you do with your new apartment. All love❤

I wish you all the best for your next chapter! I can relate, as I just completed my master's and will start a new position in April, and I know how exciting but also scary it is at the same time. I totally get that NY apts are small but to use that nook as a guest bedroom blows my mind - I would be so claustrophobic 😂 But I guess it could be like those capsule hotels in Japan 🤷♀️
I could never sleep up there & I can never imagine having that space as a guest bedroom. Whenever I was there to grab sth, it always so warm 🫠
I always feel bad for pets when they cant' see outsdie since it provides so much enrichment for them but I understand your need for privacy!

I know you said the rent from the apt. you just moved from was going up. Did you really save enough by moving, since you said in the last video that you had to dish out in excess of $9,000.00 for the new apt.
costs? Not to mention the hassle of looking at apts. (50) packing, moving, switching addresses on everything, etc.
I have never mentioned that I was moving because of the rent price. Rent price that I was paying & renewal rent price are both within my budget. I decided to move because of all the issues with the apartment (few mentioned in this video- mold, cockroach; all the issues are documented in my old vlogs) and also I was done dealing with the management
