I live in a studio too in the west 50:s. I was waiting to see how big your closet is😂. It's a nice size! The layout of your apartment is great and the view amazing but 4100 for a studio, even on a high floor is just too much. Are you leaving NYC or just moving to another place? I knowwww what was I thinking 🤯 it’s way too much, I’m unfortunately moving to another city, but in hindsight it was a great place for my last years here 🥹 (even though I couldn’t save much paying that much rent lol)
