All “luxury” apartments are big. It’s one of the reasons they charge as much as they do. It’s regular NYC apartments that are small.

The little pink octopus on top of the bed and the turtle on the nightstand were my favorite parts and made me smile lol. Such a small but fun spark of personality!

This was a really good tour. Some of my favorite things are the amazing view, the shoe rack by the door, the bar stools, the removable lights in the kitchen and the bed frame. The over decor in the apartment is great! Awesome job!

loooved how detailed this was. the detachable kitchen lights went straight to my Amazon cart, never seen ones before until now and they look SO convenient
They are so functional I even put them in the closet and in cabinets! Best purchase ever!

Your apartment is so stunning - I love how simplified everything is in terms of what you own and that you either found pieces to perfectly fit in the spaces or made custom ones. I would've definitely chosen an island over a balcony. Where I live I have both but I find I don't really enjoy being on my balcony because it's close enough to the neighbours that it doesn't feel super private.

I love the aesthetic style you've chosen. It's the kind of décor that works spectacularly well with apartments that have compelling modern architecture, not only because of the furniture selection you've made, but also because of the other details like the color scheme and fixtures, etc. I love those types of floor lamps; I have an Arco lamp from Manhattan Home Design and I love its Carrara marble base. OMG that tree bark candle was everything
You have everything you need in your apartment. Nice kitchen counter top, dresser, tv cabinet, shoe cabinet, work table, nice round trolley, walk in closet, and the best part is having a nice, elegant dining table. Most people only have the counter top for food prep and their meals as well. But it’s lovely to have a separate dining table should you wish for a romantic dinner. 👍👍 two thumbs up. What a wonderful place.

This is a very nice apartment. So many in New York City are chopped up and ridiculously priced. I’m glad you chose the breakfast island, I also think it makes more sense.

Thank you for doing this video! It will help me with my organization. Loved seeing “real” closets and how they are used! I think I would buy a separate microwave and put it on the counter. You seem to have enough space. I wouldn’t want to use it if it’s so close the floor.

I think you guys did an amazing job with the storage. The furniture is not my personal style, but I loved seeing everything you chose anyway bc it had a lot of cohesion and good reasoning behind it. I like how you took advantage of every space available to you, looks totally uncluttered but there's enough for 2 in there.

Thank you so much! The lights make a huge difference, we even put them in cabinets that are too dark because they have a setting with a motion sensor when you open and close the cabinet door!
