How long have you had it for? The belts might be worn out or not on the rollers correctly

My cover doesn’t open in two parts like that one, instead of the two covers are fused together, and I have to press the green buttons and pop them open together. I can’t remove the dirt in between I have exactly the same version as this video. Does anyone know how to separate the two?
Hi there, these instructions only apply to the models listed in the description. The new versions the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet have the one-piece brush cover, which can be rinsed after each use and cleaned with the supplied Nozzle Cleaning Tool to avoid debris and dirt build-up. Vacuuming thoroughly prior to washing carpet also helps to avoid debris becoming lodged in the nozzle.
What if you get mold in the brush row cover, how do you clean it?
Hi there - we've not heard of this occurring if the cover is rinsed after use, but the brush roll cover can be removed and washed individually in warm water and mild detergent if necessary. There is also a nozzle cleaning tool supplied in the box with the machine. Instructions for cleaning and maintaining the brush roll cover can be found on page 12 of the User Guide.
Can this model be used on hard floor too?

I can't remove the brush cover, my vacuum doesnt have any bottoms or clip. Any idea and how to remove the cover??
Hi there, the EZ Clean Brush Roll cover is exclusive to ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet models. Unless stated in your user guide, the brush cover may not be able to be removed.
I have this machine and I can’t take the cover off
@BISSELLAustraliaNZ I have exactly the same product and I can't remove it. I will have to change it because at this point is super dirty because I can clean. This product works great but unfortunately I can properly clean it and that's a big NO.
@@MrBaz88 Hi there, if the brush cover and suction nozzle isn't removable it isn't the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet shown in the video. To clean the nozzle on any BISSELL carpet washer, use the nozzle cleaning tool or follow the user manual for cleaning instructions. Regardless, on all models the brushes are able to be removed (see user guide for instructions on how to do so) which will give you access to clean inside the brush cover if you have a model where it isn't detachable. To avoid debris building up in your machine, vacuum thoroughly prior to washing your carpet - preferably with a corded vacuum featuring a motorised head.
