Your videos are just great. I am learning to shape hats using ones I have found second hand at Good Will etc. I have a Stetson gambler think came out real well and a really low rent Justin 4x cattleman crease hat that was battered badly. I steamed it looking for a cav hat look (I was in the 2d Cav) but I am going to try a heat gun since it is tough to change the original l shape - needs more work. Someday I hope to visit your store...
