28 What you decide on will be done, and light will shine on your ways.
Say it to yourself Today I shall experience God’s goodness! When you rise in the morning, declare out loud that God is a good God
Psalm 103:1-13
This passage in the book of Psalm 103 tells you how great God is in the life of His people.
As you step out this morning you will experience God’s goodness. Mercy is an expression of God’s love towards you. God loves you so much that He satisfies your mouth with good things. No matter how old you may be, God has promised to renew and rejuvenate you so that you will feel younger
Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
11 For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
God always desires goodness for you and His plans are always that you experience His goodness in your life.
Psalm 34:8 (NIV)
8 Taste and see that the LORD is good;
blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.
Psalm 100:5 (NIV)
5 For the LORD is good and his love endures for ever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.
Each day that you wake up, you are a recipient of God’s goodness. God’s nature is good, and He cannot but do goodness for His children. Today God is going to show you goodness by answering all your prayers
Isaiah 45:2 (NIV) 2 I will go before you
and will level the mountains;[a] I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron.
Today God is saying to you that He will go before you and that He will smash down anything that is proving to be an obstacle before you. Today, God is going to destroy anything that is standing the way of your goodness.
Joshua 4:8 (NIV)
8 So the Israelites did as Joshua commanded them. They took twelve stones from the middle of the Jordan, according to the number of the tribes of the Israelites, as the LORD had told Joshua; and they carried them over with them to their camp, where they put them down.
PRAYER POINTS
1. Ask God to give you an evidence of His mercy and love to you so that your children and all those around you will see it
2. Ask God to give you tangible evidence of His goodness in your life as you go about your day
3. Command that gates and doors will be open to you because of God’s goodness in your life
5. Ask that God’s goodness will satisfy your mouth and your soul with goodness in Jesus’ name
6. What is the thing that is bothering you, take it before God in prayer for Him to fix for you?
