On the start, the Empire will have a tough time; I can imagine Vader, Palpatine, and other Imperial Dark Jedi snapping Viltrumite necks with the Force or reeling them in to slice them into bits with lightsabers, but the rest of the military will only win through extreme firepower while taking massive casualties.
But once they figure out the Viltrumite weakness to sound, Bounty Hunters and Imperial Commandos will be racking up Viltrumite kills by the dozens. It'll end with the Emperor cloning and creating his own indoctrinated Viltrumite army killing off the originals, or Boba Fett and the other Bounty Hunters killing Viltrumites for sport.
They don’t have a weakness to sound, only a very specific frequency that Cecil discovered by doing test on mark. There’s no way that they’re figuring that out.
@@RollingxBigshot The weakness to that sound frequency can easily be discovered by Palpatine having a vision through the Force or by some bounty hunter dropping a sonic grenade that happens to have a similar frequency.

For canon star wars on the ground level there isn't much they can do, but they can be able to turn the tide using their ships (if its the current viltrum empire with just 50 viltrumites). Capital ships in star wars are capable of turning planetary surfaces to slag (Servants of the Empire) , and a Munificent class cruiser, a CIS ship so cheap it couldn't even be refueled, is stated to be able to destroy Ice moons the size of Pluto (star wars vehicles complete edition), and this is just a light cruiser, ans ISD is likely three times as strong. Even if we said the average viltrumites could each destroy 100 star destroyers there are just too many to stop.
If it was the old viltrumites empire when they had billions of viltrumites it would play out different tho
I believe there was one time in Star Wars that talks about a Mandalorian being hit by a blaster bolt while wearing beskar but still getting boiled alive.
Like I said before, the highest blaster setting can disintegrate someone. Even if a Viltrumite could tank the blast, it'll still do some damage. Enough of them might kill them. Vilturmites are susceptible to extreme levels of heat which slows their healing factor.
Another interesting matchup would the Galactic Empire(canon) vs the DCAU Justice League.

The empire in legends could definitely produce armor for ships that is way more durable than a viltrumite, (like tanking supernovas on the regular tough). The sun-crusher is like Starkiller base but smaller than a tie fighter and indestructible to anything less than a black hole
So in terms that Dr. Goon would describe. This right here is "Fire" for powerscaling. Not just comparing individual characters from separate IP but comparing full on empires against one another. This I like since it requires knowledge of an IP instead of just wanking 1 or 2 characters.

Okay, after listening to your video, I’ve decided I was wrong. Didn’t realize the galactic empire was that stacked, so Freddie Mercury isn’t soloing.
Still, would the Viltrimites have a better shot if they only sent in their top 50 or so heavy hitters? More like special ops so they limit even being seen, let alone captured and studied. I think that would help them stay an enigma to the empire.

I would’ve assumed the Viltrumites would use speed and maneuverability to fly holes through the Empire’s ships while they’re in space. Or do what Invincible and his dad did and just (spoiler) speed blitz the planets the Empire live on to blow them up.

People with ability sets like what sith and dark jedi have are actually a pretty good counter for a viltrumite. Unlike a jedi a sith won't think twice about snapping a viltrumites neck or making their heart explode.

@DocGoon SW. I love Star Wars, but aren't the Viltrumites meant to be planet conquerors individually? They'd crash through Star Destroyers by themselves and kill everyone on board. And there's jack shit Palps or Vader can do against a horde of Viltrumites besides get ripped to pieces faster than they could use the force to protect themselves.
