You're wrong in one statement. Police brutality does not discriminate. Stats show that white people are more likely to get shot, and suffer from police brutality than anyone else. It's just not advertised nearly as much because it does not make headlines
You know the show is bad when the show gets destroyed by the audience before it even came out.
All that tells me is that people are overreactive and willing to jump on a biased bandwagon and not willing to see for themselves if it's bad. If it's bad so be it. But I'm not gonna say it's bad because a bunch of people whine about it without even having seen it yet.
The biggest problem is that Disney has torched all the fans good will and ABSOLUTELY SUCK when it comes to interviews (another example would be the Snow White stuff) the show it’s self is mid the problem is (aside from one or two dumb thing) that Disney has done nothing but market it as the most most “woke” Star Wars show so fan automatically hate it.
Dr. Goon I love you, but Star Wars is in a terrible spot. I mean the producers have labeled it the gayest Star Wars has ever been. News flash we don’t care we want good story telling. The actings is subpar at best, the fight scenes are lazy the characters are planks of wood and they make dumb decisions. I would encourage yall to check out “The Critical Drinker” and hear his take on it.

Define forced diversity. These arent race swapped characters nor are they changing established ones. These are just new characters that are black and women and simply not white.

I'm not really a fan of Disney's Star Wars but I feel people hate on it way too much without even watching it. They nitpick every scene to say why its horrible when there are many similar scenes in Lucas' movies.

I've checked it out and to be honest so far it's pretty average imo but the truth is this when Disney has a majority put out sh!t and Disney basically sh!tting on the audience which they definitely have done (not specifically referring to the actress for Acolyte) aren't exactly helping their case and it's not just starwars they managed to fuk up all in saying is sure the hate is out of hand but Disney has honestly brought it on themselves.
Agreed Master Sol is excellent. The Mae character is pretty cool and I like the Apothecary character, he is definitely more than he seems.

Honestly, I think you should do a remake of one of your classic videos to explain why the Jedi have fallen, I think the videos name was grading the genii council, and you gave them a fat F, but I think for modern audiences now you should really go in depth and explain how the Jedi have really fumbled the bag, I would love a remake if you could Jed Skywalker he's one of the most underrated characters in Star Wars like in the first time you made the video

It's an okay show, not something all that great, which is why unlike The Mandalorian which was able to survive the (DESERVED) hatred that has spawned due to Kathlatine's actions that The Acolyte is getting so much hate directed towards it. Also it's a mostly a pointless story, at least with the Mandalorian we get to see what happened in the aftermath of how Mandalorians operate which was something that wasn't ruined/touched upon in the Sequel Trilogy.
But in the case of the Acolyte, it's just irrelevant Force Users doing stuff willy nilly that we know doesn't matter due to the Sequels, we know that none of those Characters will effect larger events to come and none of the Characters are a part of anything long-standing either. It's why for example you have all this negative press happening around Furiosa which is a pointless Sequel about a Character that has NOTHING to do with the actual Main Character of Mad Max.
You know what The Acolyte should have been? *A LIVE ACTION SHOW ABOUT MAUL'S STORY*
He is literally THE most popular "Acolyte" in the Mythos and one of the most popular characters in general, his Backstory however hasn't been shown in Live Action and even in the Animated Shows we only get to see what happened once he left Palpatine's service as his Apprentice. You can even tie in some fanservice retcons to include Legends Character in the New Canon for fun, just something actually entertaining.

@@DocGooni mean some CZcamsrs are hitting the nail on the head with much of what they're saying, it's very clear the new star wars directors and such aren't true fans and have constantly crapped on the OG characters and made them do stuff that isn't consistent with who they were in the original 6 movies. Example how they destroyed Luke and made him a bum and he didn't go to rescue ppl when even his actor Mark Hamil expected these things from Luke and knew the writers were making a huge mistake and tried to warn all these executives over and over.
They have clearly inserted political agendas time and time again, they mishandled characters even in the clone wars like when Anakin didn't neg diff baris who was just a padawan. They made rey able to defeat kylo ren with no training when luke with little to no training was defeated and lost a hand to Vader, not saying Vader isnt stronger than kylo but reys potential isnt on lukes level either. Or why didn't the Jedi check the records to see were she was when the murder happened? Because last time I checked the Jedi were not a corrupt institution that care more about there image then the truth, they were a flawed group that lost there way because they were dealing more with matters of politics then the Force in prequel area. In high Republic area they should be in a state of peace for the most part, and the Sith should be doing nothing but hiding making no noise and growing there power during this time.

I do respect sw theory a lot and haven’t fully seen his take on acolyte so far but the show itself is pretty ok far from great and far from the worst. Also master sol is a W. And I definitely agree some of the hate is unnecessary but I understand it because of disneys rep that they ruined themselves, with that being said I still hope this show is good and my only worry is it will break canon other than that it’s an ok show.

He tried to justify Rey just being amazing at it being a nobody, but bloody Anakin Skywalker couldn't use the force without actually training, that was the issue.
Then they tried to "fix it" in the 3rd sequel, and finally reveal that they made the sequels with no plan in mind lmao.
It was all a pathetic display of management, and the disdain focused on Kennedy went "yeah, that's what happens when you prioritize this shit instead of planning things out"
