The Mortal Kombat film from 1995 is a fave of mine. I can always watch it. I like Batman and Robin - It's silly fun. Matrix Reloaded is simply excellent.
Missed out on the community post beforehand, but mine is Wes Cravens: "My Soul To Take." Found a love for it when I was introduced to it, among many others, by my dad when I was little. Something about it just pulls me in; a guilty hidden gem.
My guilty pleasure is Howard the Duck. The catch is that I have ZERO guilt over it. I love that movie. Severely underrated and underappreciated, and I will defend it til my dying breath.
I know this is a majorly unpopular opinion but I really love TMNT 2 Secrets of the Ooze. I mean yeah it's not as dark as the first one and they did hold back on the weapons but I still find it a fun time. Maybe it's the nostalgia talking but I still stand by that it's overhated.
Bro!!! Beer Fest rocks. If you love that one, you should check Broken Lizards Club Dread. Bill Paxton is in it. I won't talk about his character because it would spoil one of the running gags in the movie. All the other movies that you think of as a guilty pleasure I just love. I saw Spawn in theaters, and on the big screen, it kicked ass. So many of the movies mentioned in this video are favorites of mine, though there are some I haven't seen(Pineapple Express). Something I guess you could call a guilty pleasure for me is "Shock Treatment"(sequel to Rocky Horror Picture Show). Much love from Pennsylvania.
Kung Pow! Enter the Fist. I still remember when I first saw this and I had a fever... We still quote this movie with my best friend and no one else understands.
I would say pirates 5 is also a guilty pleasure for me in a way, mostly for the flashback scene with the young version jack sparrow. We absolutely could do with a fresh story and going back to the young life of jack and his anti hero like pirate, working for Cutler Beckett and what not. I’d watch that
Great video! Like I said in my comment, I actually liked Madame Web. But like you said, it could've been an actually good movie. At the end of the day, even though I liked it, it was still wasted potential. The concept of a Madame Web movie, in the words of the great Dr. Michael Morbius, "Sounds intriguing" and unique. Also, where the story was supposedly originally going was really cool. If this movie had better writers and less studio interference It could have been a genuinely great movie.
Dick Tracy is my guilty pleasure film, its like a motion comic book, the storyline and characters are very noir and the bad guys individual makeup designs were quite well done, give it a watch Chris if u havnt yet
One more note the amazing Spider-Man two you should definitely rewatch it. It’s a masterpiece compared to some of the comic book movies coming out today.
I'm so mad at myself! I was going to comment on that post but totally forgot! But I will say now that some guilty pleasures of mine include (to a lesser extent) Sinbad Legend of the Seven Seas and (to a major extent) Valley of the Dolls
People saying Snyder is all style and no substance is a bummer. He's a storyteller and he's great with visuals - films are a visual medium! I saw a great interview with him on the slomo guys second channel. He dives deep into filmmaking and his methodology, it was killer.
One of my guilty pleasures would be the movie Rio, but only because I am kind of embarrassed about it in real life. I will fully admit it online but I have a hard time telling people that in real life because it’s kinda weird to me my favorite movie is a animated movie for younger audiences despite the fact I am an adult who is 24 years old (My other favorite movie is The Super Mario Bros. Movie) and well I think I have that fear of being judged. Other films I like that would count as guilty pleasures would be The Cat In The Hat 2003 movie, The Cars movies (Cars 2 especially) and at least some of the Ice Age movies (except the one we do not speak of by name that was released on a certain streaming service). So yeah as you can see despite being adult I have childish tastes admittedly.
Not sure how guilty a pleasure this is, but Im quietly a big Batman V Superman appreciator... just right time, right dark twisted Batman, which feels like the Batman i wanted as a kid. And as a side note, Zack Snyder in general is my guilty pleasure. Not the greatest director, but something about his visual sans-story style just sits simply with me.
Star Wars episode 3 what's a masterpiece great apartments buy Hayden Christensen best movie made me love anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader even more at Darth Vader is my favourite character all the movies you've shown in your video I like myself you're right step brothers always don't make me laugh still from this day
I don't know about guilty pleasure, because I legitimately think it's good...but if you've never seen Gentlemen Broncos, stop what you're doing and treat yo'self.
The Ghost Rider movies with Nicolas Cage are my guilty pleasures
The first ghost rider with Nicolas cage I love and hold near and dear to my heart the second one not so much
Ang Lee's Hulk is my guilty pleasure alongside Spider-Man 3
Love all these movies they’re great. Not only is the soundtrack for little Nikki great but the intro with Van Halen totally sets the tone.
My guilty pleasure film is the 1995 Judge Dredd. Nothing beats walking around the house saying "I am..... The LAWRR!!!"
The Mortal Kombat film from 1995 is a fave of mine. I can always watch it. I like Batman and Robin - It's silly fun. Matrix Reloaded is simply excellent.

I guess I can say The Flash is a guilty pleasure... I think that movie is great. I'm with James Gunn on that one.

Curse of the Black Pearl shouldn’t be called a guilty pleasure. It’s a genuinely great movie. Neither should Shrek 1-2.
Spider-Man 3 and 2016 Suicide Squad.
I got a comment mention in a video?!?! Fuck yeah!!
Beerfest beats Super Troopers HANDS DOWN.
Even in Hell I get no respect
good video. but seems like some people dont understand what a guilty pleasure is
Bill and Ted and zoolander
To Batman and Robin
I don't get why The Dream Child gets so much hate. I prefer it to Dream Master.
