      Exactly right. All species of hominids, including Homo sapiens, have been cooking food for 1-2 million years. It makes many of the nutrients, particularly protein much more bioavailable and digestible. Cooking also destroys many anti-nutrients and toxins in certain plants that could be harmful. It’s what allowed us to evolve our extremely complex and energy demanding brains. All Liver King is is a roided out scam artist with zero scientific backing to his claims.

      I’d argue that meth and fentanyl are prob much worse for you. You may not need a new heart at 26, but you’ll need new teeth! The secondary effects can be mitigated-to some degree, but it is impossible to predict how much, & in no way is it HEALTHY or respecting your own body. I try to avoid anything that messes with my hormones that’s not sunlight, exercise, diet, and hygiene. I’m pretty staunchly against any pharmaceuticals. I saw too many ppl get hooked on opioids and destroy their lives or just die, many more than gear heart attacks. But that could be because I’m not huge into the body building community so there’s prob a perception bias there and it’s just anecdotal evidence. Jimmy, your perspective on this matter was truly unbiased, as with all of the videos of yours that I have watched so far (four videos in the last 48 hours),However, you also shared your personal opinions in a manner that was constructive and helped you seem more relatable. The way that you express yourself and write your narration is very genuine, interesting, factually thorough, humorous and, as a result, you seem like someone I can depend on to give me the honest scoop about just about anything. Finally, your conclusion about Liver King, as far as I'm concerned, was extremely fair. I'm truly impressed and I hope your success as a CZcamsr only continues to rise.

    Somehow one of my friends is a close friend of Liver King's son. Im not sure how old he is, definitely younger than 18, but I would say somewhere around 16 or 17. Ive only met him once at a party, but he is a heeeeavy drinker, and by heavy I mean 16 shots of fireball heavy, and from what ive been told by my and his friends is that he's usually like this, or at least at parties. I dont know anyone who drinks this much casually, and I can tell that the drama surrounding his dad took a huge toll on his mental health. Hopefully he's able to move on in life, as well as his family. Say what you want about the Liver King, but he still has a family. And his children still have lives.

Yes. However, you then also need good genetics. Naturally, my body wants to only weight, 185 pounds. I'm 6'2. With dedication and discipline and meal prep and not missing a workout for the last 3 years, I'm now, 235 pounds with only 8% body fat. Just can't be lazy and have to be dedicated and have good discipline....things most men do not posses today. He's a shit dude for lying about steroids because he says his goal is to help depressed men and help men not be a pussy. Well....when these depressed men don't achieve the body he has because he says he's not on steriods, so these depressed dudes don't then take em as well, now feel like they have failed again in life and then commit suicide. Yes, he's taking steroids while claiming not to do so, but the fact he knowingly sells products to his followers and spends the money on his steroids is the real problem. While his followers are trying to gain anywhere near the body he has and failing miserably for the most part, they are paying him so that he can take that shortcut. Gross...

    I mean the guy ate raw meat, something that would normally make you horribly sick and keep you bed ridden for weeks. I just thought that was horrible advice to be pushing to young people interested in fitness and healthy living. He also never wears a shirt or shoes. Now this is not uncommon in the fitness influencer industry when they make their videos, but the dude would walk around town and attended podcasts and interviews without a shirt and shoes. Like come on man, we get that you have have an impressive physique(although not natural) BUT JUST PUT ON A DAMN SHIRT DUDE!!!! It was almost as if his entire personality was based in his big muscles. • @zalamael
      @zalamael Pƙed 11 měsĂci

      "Controversy sells" Nah, that isn't it. Within the world of men, there are winners and losers, alphas and betas etc, and betas are easily swayed by alphas. That is why this works, you sell an image of superiority to the betas, and they buy into it and lap it up.
      I have always had a certain disdain for people who worship celebrities, be they actors, musicians, athletes etc, because I have always thought that worshipping another human being over yourself is pathetic, but it does work in a society that has a tiered system that determines who is a winner and who is a loser.
      I met this guy called Andy a few years ago (and his friends called him Randy Andy), and he bored the shit out of me one evening in a bar showing me pictures of Tinder sluts that he had had sex with (some of them were very attractive too). But I found him to be really pathetic because only losers brag about who they have slept with in the hopes of getting validation from other men. That is the act of an insecure beta, desperate for validation and approval.
      I also know a few guys who regularly have sex with hot women, who keep their lives very private and say nothing to no one, because they don't need or want approval from other men. They just do their own thing and tell everyone else to mind their own business if they ask. That is far more 'manly' than a needy loser who begs for approval from other men.
      Liver King is very much a con man, it was obvious from day one, but he is also an insecure man who is desperate for male approval. Andrew Tate, Conor McGregor, these are also similar men who crave male approval. Many people would disagree with me on this, but there is value in being stoic and refusing to ask for approval from other men. Wolves don't lose sleep over the opinions of sheep, but these insecure men are obsessed with being approved of, being worshipped, it helps them cope with their own lack of self esteem. Andrew Tate in particular is a good example, he was a champion kickboxer, and he had wealth, but it wasn't enough for him, he needed more, so he embarked on a social media career to get it. But no amount of money or fame will fill that hole where his self esteem should be.

    Well, Liver King looks like his ancestor was Conan the Barbarian, so ne suprises there đŸ€·â€â™‚ Anyone who takes "living like our ancestors" serious will probably look more like Eliud Kipchoge than Brian Johnson. Not "7000 calories per day", closer to "7000 calories per week".
    He, however seems to be an absolute marketing genius and have great team behind him. And there probably is a lot of good stuff amongst the things he preaches.

    It’s amazing that anyone would even consider this guy or any other “jacked” celebrity as natural. Almost all the kids at the gyms in my area take gear, they speak openly about this in the gym to each other, but on social media it’s just images of cooked chicken and their routine.

    It's just funny he said he lived like his ancestor but when you look at old picture. The ancient people looked very thin and ill. He said he ate raw meat and did't brush teeth. That advice could kill people by infection with bacteria and worms. What he did for making money was irresponsible and selfish. He has to pay for it BIG TIME!

    You say no one can argue with his core message but I strongly disagree. His message of getting back to our ancestral roots is an enticing one, but remember that those people's babies died a LOT. The idea that things that are "natural" are good and things that are "artificial" are bad is a massive oversimplification. Disease and pestulence are very natural, as are natural disasters. Rot and decay are natural. Life saving medicine is artificial. Our shelter is artificial. The vast majority of our human constructed world is artificial. The problems we face today are not because of natural vs. artificial, but because we are worked to death and atomized in a society with very few ways to make real human connections. People like Joe Rogan and Liver King capitalize on this lack of human connection with parasocial relationships and BS supplements. I like your videos, and as a former parkour guy who was one of those "flips aren't parkour, parkour is natural movement!" assholes back in the early 2000s, that naturalistic fallacy makes a lot of sense with the parkour mindset, but it's bullshit. It leaves out sooooo many people. I personally would die in a couple weeks if I didn't have a hormone replacement drug that is made artificially. I can't just eat livers and be okay, and there are a whole lot of people like me out there.
