They will be confiscating it for no reason. They get to keep any money they confiscate as part of their budget. 90% of all forfeited funds is not linked to any crime or criminal investigation. It’s guilty until proven innocent, you have to fight for years in court to get your own money back, by then all of your money is gone in legal fees. I’m disgusted with this country.

Last guy that said that got beat up, arrested and he lost his $5k.. problem is that most of the money taken is not on overseas travel... most travel is less then 600mile at best. 90% local travelers get caught up in the madness
