I have the L3 fantastic bike, done hundreds of miles with ease, I normally set it on assist 3 and throttle unlocked, I jump on it and quote jobs on the weekend and probably has paid for it's self instead of using my diesel van. 7hr charge uses 1kw = penny's, nice review 👍

We have just bought 2 of the L3s, delivered 2 days ago. Can't wait to get out and try as I have some mobility issues and can't pedal for long. Have had electric for a couple of yrs and couldn't be without now. Great review guys thanks 😊

Best bikes on the market. Had my D3 Pro a while now done many miles on it and cant fault it. The throttle is great for setting off from junctions just gets you going quicker. Great review of 2 great bikes. Happy Holidays both

Hi guys, loving the tour videos in which you give an honest opinion of your travels with enough background history of interesting points without being boring. I'm hoping to complete my bus conversion and head off this winter and your videos have been a great help. Just one thing I'd like to note on the Fido video, from my limited knowledge of ebike law in the UK the Fido's are illegal.
The maximum motor size for Uk is 250w and you CANNOT have a throttle mechanism so, in other words, you must always require to pedal. Fido have been shoving these bikes at all youtubers but not telling them that they are actually illegal here in the UK. I've a full motorbike licence so I could drive one but it would need to be road taxed(as far as I'm aware). Anywho, please don't take this as a criticism I'm simply trying to question the fact that, to the best of my knowledge these bikes are not UK compliant). I think its unfair of Fido to give out bikes and neglect to mention "oh, by the way, our bikes are not street legal here in the UK".
Cn I ask 2 questions (the cheek of me now huh)lol but my wife was wondering where you keep the dog when travelling because we have 2 similar dogs and I've yet to design a place I can clip them into. And also, between the bikes and the scooters which one do you prefer to use more regularly. The scooters seem very flexible and space saving but, as you say, they're as welcome as a fart in a space suit here in the UK.

Hi I can I say thank you very much for taking the time to write your comment it’s appreciated the bikes are in our opinion fantastic for Motorhomes as they fold down to a very small size we are very aware of the law in the uk as we stated on the review the bikes are very safe the law on these bikes seriously needs looking at 👍 regarding our dogs they travel in a pet carrier which is secured to the bench seat 👍we wish you and your wife a fantastic weekend
@Rob and Lynn on tour thanks for taking time to respond because I know it's hectic making this content for us. Is that the dogs carrier which looks padded just below chucky. Your right about ebike law coz ive reached the dizzy speed of 30mph downhill on my push bike and I've been out on the open road behind cyclist groups doing well over 15mph. The D3Pro looks good and I will look at some more reviews by owners who are not being paid to say nice things about it though. I don't know how you can give an unbiased view when being paid
It really is a good bike , we certainly don’t get paid, so basically we can say what we want as we always do 👍

Just read the tech spec on both these pedal assist ebikes. They look great value and are uk compliant. Am looking to get something the wife will be happy with, i have a rockrider est900 e mountain bike that i will carry on the back of the motorhome. These fidos look ideal to fit in the garage of the 784 we are getting. Love the bouncy seat.

Great bikes. We used your link to order a couple of the L3’s however it states the discount code of ny10 (upper or lower case) wasn’t recognised, any suggestions?

Brad apparently fiido spares are easily sourced in the uk 👍
The bikes are pretty nice, but I don´t think they´re technically legal in Spain, since I believe Spanish legislation only allows for pedal-assisted e-bikes, not the ones which work solely via trigger. If you want that, you can get e-bikes up to 45Kmh, but they do require a patent (and probably insurance).
Anyway, I might be wrong, but just wanted to let you know. Best!

Just to let you know that e bikes in the uk are only up to a 250 watt motor and the twist and go is illegal to! must be pedal assistant only and 15.5 mph. Any thing else is classed as a moped and must have mot and insurance and has to have to be certified road worthy. By DSVA.
Don't mean to be party killer ! Most police turn blind eye to them but last year they took hundreds off the road and prosecuted to, so be carefully in uk.

Jen the 250 watt one is fine as it will have 250 on the. Motor. Plus you can switch on and off !!! I would say if you use twist and go pedal at same time !!!
