    I like Tiffany's idea of Geoff Johns going back in time to try and save the DCEU before it got into the current mess. Sadly though Sal's right, no way WB would listen to him......becasue he apparently already tried to warn them against doing a lot of what they did in MoS and then he tried again in BvS but he was soundly ignored both times.

    Superman - Metallo
    Batman - TwoFace
    Wonder Woman - Ares
    Trinity - Mongul
    The Flash - Reverse Flash
    Aquaman - Ocean Master
    Shazam - Dr. Silviana
    Justice League - DarkSeid
    Green Lantern - Atrocitus

      Two-Face needs buildup and an established Harvey Dent. Start with like, Clayface or someone low tier.

    To start off a universe I would reboot it to start a completely new slate. You first start off with...
    SUPERMAN - Lex Luthor works BTS while the main fight is with Metallo, have his human parents alive.
    BATMAN - Have a gang war with Scarface and Black Mask have Robin(Dick) and Batgirl(Barbara) and have a Harley cameo.
    WONDER WOMAN - Mostly Origin either have Cheetah or Circe as main villains.
    TRINITY - All of them meet to fight Lex Luthor he is the main villain creates Bizzaro. In the end they take him to CADMUS.
    FLASH - Barry has a sidekick(Kid-Flash). Captain Cold get's kicked out of the Rogues and there the main villains
    GREEN LANTERN - Hal fights Sinetro introduce the idea of other Lantern's and have Kilowog, Tomar-Re, Ch'p.
    MARTIAN MANHUNTER - Show his Origin he's way to Earth friends on earth and his Brother is the villain
    JUSTICE LEAGUE - STARRO is the main Villain introduce the Titans, Superman and Batman create the Watchtower.
    A little note: Power-girl is in SUPERMAN, Joker escapes ARKHAM at the END of BATMAN, Kid-Flash is Ginger Wally West, The Titans are the ones appearing in the other movies.

      I like that but Jason Todd is dead and I think Dick is probably Nightwing,So maybe Tim Drake is a option and a top of it get Superboy as a buddy cop movie in Super Sons.

      gears117 I see your point. But really you could just have a reference of them or have Dick, Donna and Wally show up (since they are in there mentor's movies) and mention that they are starting a team. But I see what your saying of it being crowded with characters.

    How to Fix the DC Cinematic Universe: Marvel uses the "Ultimate Universe" heavily for its inspiration, DC has something 100 Times Better and that's Bruce Timm's Animated Universe. "Bruce Timm's Animated Universe" is the greatest adaptation of comics ever, they have literally showed both DC and Marvel how to do it, all DC needs to do is follow that and they can still save there cinematic universe

    • @megamonmon
      @megamonmon Před 6 lety +5

    • @oatmat
      @oatmat Před 6 lety +18

      @charziken909 the main thing I would take from Bruce Timm's animated Universe is the Tone, it was actually pretty mature but still allowed for a lot of humour, and there are certain ideas about how to write certain characters/teams. for Example the JL, Bruce Timm and Dwayne Mcduffie talk about how important chemistry was when they created the team, the New 52 JL and the movies have none, because the picked the wrong members ex Cyborg and Hal Jordan(Aquaman can work really well).

    I'm partial to Ethan/Tiffany's idea of using time travel to fix things since the Flash movie was announced to be Flashpoint already. My pitch:
    1. Release Flashpoint after Aquaman and keep Wonder Woman and if people like it, Aquaman in continuity, reboot everything else (recast Batman but I think Cavill can stay as Superman). Flash goes back in time, changes things and now the universe is not so crappy anymore.
    2. Release a new, recasted Batman movie and introduce some members of the Batfamily (I'm thinking Tim Drake and maybe Nightwing can show up). Release a Wonder Woman sequel (potentially set in the past and maybe not called WW 2) and a new Superman movie (not Man of Steel 2) which kind of sets the status quo for the tone of each character. Introduce Green Lantern with a Green Lantern/Flash buddy cop style movie and use flashbacks to tell GL's origins (a little like Deadpool) and the end of the movie has hints that build towards a solo GL movie. End Phase 1 with a JL movie that introduces the multiverse, so that Elseworlds movies can be possible in the future.

  • @chikidchris
    @chikidchris Před 6 lety +15

    Great Ideas. Tiffany and Ethan hit the nail on the head for what I think could be the most plausible scenario given the way the DCEU is right now. Using Flash Point to reset the entire universe as the result of Barry changing something in the past. Tiffany suggested that something in the past caused Batman and Superman to be the way they are. I'd have it be Eobard Thawne the Reverse Flash and not only did he screw with Batman and Superman but the whole league. He still needs them to be the League much like he needs Barry to be the Flash to ensure that he still becomes Reverse Flash because of time lines and crap. But he does attempt to weaken the League by crippling each of the members in a similar way in which he killed Barry's mom to cripple him.
    1. Superman: We get a scene set maybe a year or two after the Kents discover Clark, as Jonathan is heading home with stuff for baby Clark the Reverse Flash snatches Jonathan. He scares Jonathan by using his powers to appear as a yellow blur filled with red lightning, he then explains that Clark would one day exhibit amazing abilities but also that he would kill Clark and them should Clark ever go public with his powers. We know that Reverse Flash would probably get his ass kicked by Superman but to Jonathan he just witnessed a ball of Red lightning threaten to kill his son. Reverse Flash puts Jonathan back and shaken by fear Jonathan keeps the encounter secret as to not worry Martha. He then proceeds to spend the rest of his time raising Clark to hide his powers, we now know that the infamous "maybe you should have let those kids die" line from Man of Steel was out of fear for Clark's life. The more hopeful moments are Jonathan Kent's real feelings shining through but being put down because he fears the Reverse Flash. All the way up to the tragic day that in order to test his work and to hurt Superman more, Reverse Flash creates the tornado that kills Jonathan. And as Jonathan waves off Clark, Reverse Flash knows that Superman will live with his father's teachings to hide his powers and deep turmoil over letting his father die. Thus creating a less hopeful, less confident, and ultimately less effective Superman.
    2. Batman: Thawne turns Dick Grayson into Jason Todd and by that I mean Batman's first son/robin is beaten to death savagely. Have it that Thawne separated Batman and Robin while they were out on patrol and just delivers Dick Grayson to the Joker. Young Batman then becomes grizzled and distraught, never finding the light in his shadow that the Bat Family represents. He's too afraid to bring anyone else into it and Thawne ensures that Babs, Katherine, and anyone else who was inspired to start crime fighting on their own are Killing Joked when they appear. Thus creating a omni-paranoid, ultra dark, and SIGNIFICANTLY less effective Batman at the same time ridding the world of the Bat Family entirely.
    3. Wonder Woman: For WW have Thawne rig the gas bombs so that Steve Trevor had to sacrifice himself. After Justice league we know that she is still deeply hurt by Steve's death and perhaps Thawne manipulated Diana that anytime she thought to be a hero before BVS, he'd find a way to subtly remind her of Steve to keep her spirit low and confidence shaken. Thus creating a Wonder Woman with deep regrets over Steve and more so over her long period of inaction, ensuring that the confident warrior Diana we know from the comics is gone.
    4. Aquaman: Don't know much since his movie isn't out yet. But I guess we could just say that Thawne kept Aquaman somehow from embracing his Atlantian heritage for far longer than real Aquaman was supposed to. Thus creating an Aquaman who has given up on being King of Atlantis, leaving him rudderless and far weaker than the real Aquaman who would be ever prepared to defend Atlantis.
    5. Cyborg: He's Cyborg nuff said. (Love Cyborg but think he does better on the Titans with his friends.)
    6. Green Lanterns: Thawne found where Abin Sur fell and before Abin Sur died but was too weak to fight he phased the ring through time or some crap. Thus ensuring that Hal never became a lantern and couldn't bring the rest into the Corp. Sector 2814 ended up being guarded by a Lantern from some other planet. The League could still be formed but far weaker by not having any Lanterns.
    7. The Rest: For the Hawk People, Shazam, Martians and such we can have a line that suggests they are there but have refused to come into the light due to the hopelessness of the world.
    We can say that the only way Thawne was able to do so much was by using tech and power from what Steppenwolf left. It allowed him to break time without the Cosmic treadmill and increase his speed to be invisible even to Superman. Thus Barry, with tech help from Cyborg to increase his own speed, fights Thawne through time to erase all that he did and to separate Thawne from the tech to keep him from doing it again. And when Barry is victorious and returns to the present day everything is different Hope, love and brightness have returned to the lives of our heroes. And you launch Sal's plan of starting over with the Trinity to help build the bedrock of the New DCEU with Batman: Rebirth, Superman: Rebirth, and Wonder Woman: Rebirth.

      This is really good, but I had the idea to throw a complete Hail Mary into this: The one who fucked up time, was Mr. Mxyzptlk. And mostly just does it to fuck with everyone. No grand evil scheme, no plan to rule the world, just a nigh-omnipotent asshole with an ax to grind against Superman, who at the last minute just figured, "What the hell, let's screw over the rest of the Justice League."

    • @chikidchris
      @chikidchris Před 6 lety +1

      I'd love that and it would sure be a lot less work considering he could just snap his fingers and mess it all up. It would actually fit into the whole "Rebirth" theme very nicely having Mr. Mxyzptlk as a stand in for Dr. Manhattan. Of course, as a fan of the Superman animated series, I'd love to see Mxy however I think he's too much of a deep dive for the Non-comic reading movie goer. Especially because the success of the Flash show would mean a lot more people would know or be easily shown who the Reverse Flash is. Lol As opposed to hoping that they've seen that Supergirl episode with Myxzptlk. Still Love the idea though.

    If I had the power, I’d take the success of DC’s animated straight to blueray/DVD films and put more funding behind them, so you could build your universe through a more casual friendly style, that nobody will think they are trying to imitate Marvel. Do two animated films a year and build up an expansive universe. Then I would do one live action film a year, but they would all be Elseworld one shot movies. Do your Red Son Superman, Long Halloween etc to please the hardcore fans and if any of those films fail, it’s no huge deal because you just wash your hands of it and move on to the next one. Love hearing your guys thoughts. Keep up the great work.

    Just drawing on the conversation at around the 24:00 mark: If ya want to have the Flash change something from the Superman movie that would alter Pa Kent's history, make it so that the tornado that kills him is Thawne messing with the timeline, and the Flash has to stop him.

  • @johncunha3848
    @johncunha3848 Před 6 lety +3

    At the end of the day, if they do some sort of in-world, in-continuity changes (using time travel, etc.), those changes will have to happen in Flashpoint. Otherwise, I think it is much more likely that Warner Bros. will change things without addressing them in-world, that is, suddenly your next Batman movie will have a different Batman without explanation (i.e. Keaton to Kilmer). There isn't a whole lot of cinematic precedent for these kinds of in-continuity reboots that we're suggesting here and my guess is that an audience would sooner reject a convoluted crisis/reboot storyline than a lot of simple recasting and story alterations. I think the key will be Flashpoint but, if not, they should just make the changes and expect the audience to roll with them. With regards to Superman, Matthew Vaughn (or whoever will helm Man of Steel 2) has been given a golden opportunity to reinvent the character's personality given the rebirth storyline they did in Justice League.

  • @Andrew93752
    @Andrew93752 Před 6 lety +4

    Next Movie: Justice League is being killed by horde of unstoppable enemies, Superman bound in Kryptonite chains, Batman is bleeding out, everyone except for Wonder Woman and Flash likewise down. Then Flash charges up to go back in time. Wonder Woman sees a sniper, maybe Deathstroke, using a super fast mcguffin gun to shoot Flash. She jumps to push Flash out of the way, she is too late, the bullet takes Flash mid-stride. Wonder Woman is reaching and from Flash's fingers to hers the speed-force jumps like a lightning bolt. Boom. Wonder Woman is thrown through time to adventure and change everything, and we get to keep Gal Gadot.

  • @Evyscreations
    @Evyscreations Před 6 lety +5

    Flashpoint and just wave your hand seems the most logical at this point. Just get rid of Affleck because he can't commit and it's not a good image to have one of your lead actors' will he/won't he overshadow the actual movie.
    If all else fails, I'm with Tiffany: Geoff Johns turns back time.

    One thing no one ever mentions is Kevin Feige was Lauren Shuler-Donner’s intern. He cut his teeth there, eventually producing X2. But across the hall at Richard Donner’s office was his intern....Geoff Johns. They both know filmmaking, storytelling (obviously) and the business of it all. Johns SHOULD be the head of a “DC Studios” but they got other plans, man.

  • @redx-man8813
    @redx-man8813 Před 6 lety +7

    Ok So I really liked Tiff and Ethan's Ideas the best, and My Idea would be:
    You use Flashpoint to help retcon few things but really only tweak a few things ex replace Ben Affleck and Amy Adams, and leave Justice League and BvS as they are( Not a huge fan of those films but it would be to hard to make another coming together movie, you have to move forward, just do it with a good plan of action). And Now you Focus on what we were promised with DC films to begin with, which was getting really talented film makers to make the DC films. And there is a problem about certain directors who wanna make stupid changes/ideas ex Darren Arronofsky, you don't get people like him, you get people like Matt Reeves and Mathew Vaughn who are just as talented if not better but have said in interviews that the most important thing for them is to get the character right and respect the source Material, I think James Wan is definitely in there League and thats how WB needs to proceed with their future films. Oh and you have Geoff Johns that's in charge of all of it, and he's there to make sure it all makes sense.

    You finish up the Aquaman movie to end this universe, then Flashpoint, then jump right into rebirth with Batman Court of Owls. Next Wonder Woman 2 with a cameo from Superman, then The Trinity vs The White Martians (which is just the prelude to Justice League so you bring in all the space characters, Martian Manhunter, Hal Jordan, MAYBE a John Smith cameo SN: Maybe he gets his ring because of the invasion. End of the movie HJ takes him for training, Batman realizes the threat of otherworldly enemies and starts the justice league protocol) next up Green Lanterns, it's Hal teaching John the ropes, Next Up you Finally do Superman 2 you either stay in space and do Brainiac or go street level and do Metallo (guy hates Superman funded by Lex mods his body gives himself a heart of kryptonite because Supes didn't save his son when he was beating on Zod. (Bonus: You bring in Steel to help Supes not necessary for the movie but it could be fun.) Day is saved everyone is happy Superman is trusted world is bright. Next up SHAZAM and the Rise of Black Adam! (That writes itself) then you drop the bomb after all the hopefulness of Supes and SHAZAM, Justice League Fall. Basically JL VS Darkseid (he wrecks everyone, but they just barely force him off the planet) next up Son of Batman, ect...

    Step 2, Have a film studio for DC Comics for fans and writers that could work there.
    Step 3, No third party producers. (That means No Atlas, No Cruel and Unusual, No RatPac, No Legendary studios and No Syncopy even though I like Christopher Nolan’s work)
    Step 4, Divers their movies. Example: Fox, Deadpool as a Comedy Action, Logan as a Western Action, X-Men as a Political Drama.

    I think the Batman solo film should introduce Tim Drake as Robin, and be based on “Lonely Place of Dying” from the 90s. Obviously I’m a little biased, but I think Tim would be the perfect Robin to showcase to a mainstream audience, and it allows Dick Grayson and Barbara Gordon to already be in their roles as Nightwing and Batgirl, which I’ve heard are intended to be utilized within the DCEU. It could definitely work, especially since they’ve alluded to Death in the Family before.

    • @sheevinit1490
      @sheevinit1490 Před 6 lety +2

      Charziken909 I think the Teen Titans film should take place after the JL film. So Robin would already have been introduced. Here’s a possible plot premise, Robin is attempting to stop Meta-Human teenagers from being kidnaped by an organization called HIVE. HIVE has an enforcer called the Ravager, and he is brought in to kill Robin, Robin gathers together a random Teen Titans roster with Cyborg’s assistance and Ravager is killed by accident, this leads to Deathstroke’s involvement. During an expository Villain Scene one of the female members of HIVE communicates with some kidnapped teens, and they refer to her as “Granny.” It turns out that HIVE was kidnapping meta-human teenagers because they wanted to mold a super-powered army for Darkseid, so that he could combat earth’s Superheroes. This leads to Darkseid delaying his Invasion of earth. Actually... now that I think about it that kinda sucks.

      Charziken909 True. I think Cyborg And Nightwing should lead the Team as mentor figures, but only occasionally join them on missions, they’d be the guys in their ears, or the ones giving mission briefing. Robin would be the field leader. They’d be leading the team the way Professor X leads the X-Men, while Tim leads the team the way Cyclops leads the X-Men.

    For that cataclysmic event that you're talking about, it could just be that Flash has to fix the Superman Regime storyline that was briefly hinted at in BvS. You wouldn't even need a full-on regime movie. Just basically do a Days of Future Past thing where it starts with that futuristic dystopian continuity but Flash goes back within the first like 10-20 minutes of the movie. He means to go back to the moment that changed superman but he accidentally goes further back. However, going back further, he realizes that he needs to change something far before Joker killing Clark's family and he fixes it all. Add in young Batman, younger Superman. Bam, new DCEU. Then move on to trinity.

    What WB needs to do post Aquaman is set up a solo Batman film. This film can go either way, depending on what happens to Affleck. But it’s a solo Batman film that addresses the Robin costume in BvS and explores Batman’s fall into depression and cynicism. WB has plans for a Nightwing film so you have him here and he’s the light guiding Batman back to hope, which sort of sparked through Superman. It’s a story of growth and it ends with Bruce finding a new Robin who is Tim Drake.
    Superman then gets his own Man of Steel 2 and spends the film smiling, hopeful and earning the trust and love of Metropolis. There is no cynicism here, just pure joy and that joy can be threatened by Luthor, Metallo or Brainiac.
    Then a GL film with BOTH John Stewart and Hal Jordan. Jordan was off planet during JL and the guardians decided to find a new guardian of that sector because Hal was “wreckless” and it’s a buddy cop film with the two of them growing. Hal resents John for a bit, John just wants to do his job and two find common ground saving earth from an attack on mars, but the attack wasn’t over...
    JL2 brings us the alien invasion story and the introduction of Martian Manhunter. The end of that film leads to two teams forming with Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash and Hal moving to bigger threats. Manhunter starts leading a new team with John Stewart, but also meets Ollie and Dina, and someone named Ted Kord.
    Cyborg befriends Billy Batson and feels out of place with the JL. Batman tells him to go to Bludhaven and find a man named Dick Grayson...thus sparks a Teen Titans film. It’s that easy.

    HOLD MY BEER:
    2018: Aquaman
    2019: Shazam, Flash, Wonder Woman 2
    2020: Aquaman 2, Man of Steel 2, Cyborg (yeah, I know. It's for a reason later on)
    2021: Shazam 2, Flash 2, Wonder Woman 3
    2022: Man of Steel 3, JL: Flashpoint.
    All except for JL:Flashpoint are self-contained focusing on characters. Cyborg movie is included because we should care about him in Flashpoint since he will have a main role just as in the comics/animated movie. In Flashpoint, when going back in-time to save his mother (after learning Zoom is responsible for her death in Flash 2), he is briefly confronted by Metron who tells him what his action will have repercussions on a cosmic scale. Barry does it anyway. The familiar Flashpoint scenario plays out, he decides to go back and fix it.
    After letting his mom die, the repercussions are actually arguably worse. As time tried to reset/fix itself from that nexus point, it created multiple realities that coexists simultaneously at the same point in time via dimension-shifting, i.e time broke into different realities/pieces all coexisting in the same point in space(not parallel universes!); an anomaly that could ultimately collapse the entire Universe(there is no telling how many realities were spawned around the same point in time, eventually this causes cracks across the space-time continuum making earth a cancer to the whole universe.). Accessing each of those realities is just a matter of being calibrated at the right frequency (idea inspired by Merlin's Dimension-shifting device in StarGate).
    The overarching next Phase of the DCEU after Flashpoint is the road to a Crisis on Infinite (realities of) Earths. One of the realities spawned is the Knightmare reality (Dark Metal reference)..or it it can be an accidental antimatter dimension with a being we will become the Anti-Monitor. For either one of those two options, Ezra Miller's Flash ends up there after Flashpoint and gets captured/killed right away... in the Flashpoint post-credit scene. An interesting alternative may be having Ezra Miller's Flash end up in the Crime Syndicate reality with loss of his powers.
    You can choose to selectively recast all the current actors... if not all. Each one of the current main actors would be in enough movie by that point that a full recast won't be too much of fuss from die-hard fans. Gal would be done with a trilogy in addition to other appearances... same for Cavill. Momoa would be done with 2 solo movies and a main role in Flashpoint. Same with Ezra. Cyborg got his own movie and a main role in Flashpoint. Shazam would be done with 2 solo movies and an appearance in Flashpoint; he could stay without a recast since he's been mostly solo since his first movie (except for few minutes in Flashpoint).
    More importantly, amongst all the alternate realities spawned...three of them have groups of heroes that reflect the members of the Trinity.
    --- A reality that is high-tech/hard sci-fi focused with Superman, Flash, Martian Manhunter, Cyborg, Firestorm as the main players.
    --- A reality that is magic/supernatural focused with Wonder Woman, Shazam, Aquaman, Hawkman, and Constantine as the main players.
    --- A reality that is basically Batman focused; a world that is somewhat realistic. It contains characters that fit well in a Batman focused world.
    Use the Green Lanterns (and perhaps New Gods too) as the main players (that are outside of Earth's realities bubble anomaly) on the road to Crisis. The end of the Crisis 2-part event is all Earths' anomaly realities collapsing back to one with the characters now cohabiting the same reality a la MCU. By the time this happen, The false-start of the DCEU we are living thru now will be forgotten and the characters will all be integrated together as we wish them to be.

    Top 10 fixes for the DCU:
    1.)Make a grounded stories for Batman, where he only fights human enemies, no inter galactic rivalries. Take the Batman stories along the lines of Netflix Daredevil, on a street level, such as Batman vs Joker, vs. Riddler, action packed with great choreography like the intense fight scenes comparative to the warehouse scene in BvS, with a lot of detective properties surrounding the plot. No more Alien fights EVER!! Batman is totally out of place, and ineffective in outer worldly enemies, under utilized on the sidelines, watching instead of interacting, completely disengaged!
    2)Suicide Squad, the same tone correction as Batman, grounded stories on the street level, human villains, no intergalactic villains or enemies. Better human villains!
    3.)Superman needs to be consistent written, towards the arcs of emotion, and fortitude that was exemplified in Man Of Steel. No more team up movies with Superman, make movies with his arch galactic enemies that are outer worldly, make some out of space movies, so he's not demolishing cities in every movie.
    4.)Wonder Woman has the right tone, just make her have more formidable villains, preferably some female villains.
    5.)Make the heroes more realistic, as well as the action more vulnerable, show wear and tear, & the heroes subjected to injury. The whole Wonder Woman movie, she never incurred one injury, not 1 cut, not 1 scratch, no bloody nose or mouth, or bruise, not even apparel getting dirty. Same thing applies to Justice League, the only hero that sustained injury was Cyborg. It makes the movies more believable, and riveting, when they show some test of fortitude, and resilience. To a certain point like Captain America Winter Soldier, Civil War, Avengers, Netflix Daredevil, Punisher. Some wear and tear, nobody's apparel should looked fresh out the laundry after a battle, but dirty, grimy, ripped possibly.
    6.)Much better Villains, more menacing, the best villain of the DCEU was General Zod in Man of Steel, he was stellar!
    7.)Better CGI when necessary. such as Steppen Wolf & Cyborg's CGI is garbage, his android body should look more like the Terminator android look, just upgrade his look next movie!
    8.) Death Stroke should be the anti hero series of movies for DC, and could be a hit, like how they derived story arcs for him in the Arrowverse! A movie where you cheer on the bad guy in corruption, yet he shows a conscience and heart!
    9.)Joker anti hero series of movies, is a great angle as well!
    10.)Black Adam is another great anti hero set of movies, and Lobo, if done well can be amazing, but it must be Rated R movie like Deadpool, explicit language and violence!
    If these steps are followed, DCEU will be rebooted, recharged, and in a more competitive position in the superhero genre!

  • @atayamohammad0
    @atayamohammad0 Před 6 lety

    If I were to take hold of the DCEU, I would reboot it with first a broad plan of:
    PHASE 1: OG Heroes origins
    PHASE 2: Sidekicks
    PHASE 3: Everything goes to shit
    The movies also have a Pixar layout, where each movie has a little short film before it to help establish continuity. Usually around 3-5 minutes and get some new blood to work on the shorts.
    PHASE 1:
    Batman and Robin (SHORT): You see a brief overlook on every Robin's life with Batman
    Man of Tomorrow: Here's the elevator pitch; A young, naive, and eager Superman gets hit hard with his Kryptonian Heritage when Brainiac threatens Metropolis. So, parents are alive, which is important. Lana Lang and Clark did date and you see them break up in a pretty unique way as Clark's eagerness to become a hero shows too much as keeps zooming in and out of his conversation with Lana, leading to her breaking it off with as she realizes that she is only limiting him. So basically the main conflict of the movie is Superman doesn't realize the true meaning of being a superhero as he happily flies along until Brainiac fucks up a good chunk of Metropolis, leading to Clark becoming wiser and more mature.
    Wonder (SHORT): Diana's origin contrasted with Etta Candy going against her family's wishes and joining the Air Force and both meeting through their person of link: Steve Trevor.
    World's Greatest Detective: A mystery thriller about Bruce uncovering the Court of Owls and their relation to The Waynes' murder. It's a generational story as you see Thomas trying to dismantle the Court of Owls while failing miserably, and then you see Batman, using the evidence that Thomas gathered to start picking up the pieces as his obsession of finding meaning to his parents' deaths resurfaces and Damian, Tim and Dick trying to keep everything in control in Gotham as Bruce begins to lose himself. The Climax centers around them finally dismantling the Court while Bruce finds out that his parents' death happened because of a random mugging and not because of a larger conspiracy, leaving him more of a resolved man.
    JSA: Classified (SHORT): You see a brief conversation between Jay Garrick and Alan Scott as they discuss the new generation and reminisce about the past. Short ends with Flash (Barry Allen) and Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) in the sky going on a random adventure as the old heroes grow hopeful of the new generation.
    Diana of Themyscaira: I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. I DON'T READ WONDER WOMAN.
    Green and Red (SHORT): That adventure that you got a glimpse of in JSA: Classified
    TRINITY: Warworld: Movie starts with a zoom in of Batman's mouth as it zooms out to reveal Superman behind him. Batman then proceeds to try to punch him. Superman grabs it and says, "Really, man?". Batman looks at him sternly. He says, "Worth a Shot." Batman proceeds to question why Clark's here as Clark tells him about a bunch of probes popping up in Metropolis and Gotham and Washington D.C. They then both go to Diana (of course after they both find out each other's secret identities.) and they begin to share theories with each other until they get abducted by Mongul. Then a battle royale commences as they're on a time limit, beat Mongul before he turns Earth into an engine for Warworld.
    Okay, so that was Phase 1 of Phase 1. Phase 2 of Phase 1 consists of "The Fastest Man Alive", "Emerald Knights", and finally Justice League. I'll write detailed synopsizes of each movie if you guys want but the really important stuff is, Kid Flash is in the Fastest Man Alive, Emerald Knights is about Sinestro betraying the Corps, and Justice League, Bruce Dies. Like Dies. FOR GODD. So, I'll write Phase 2 if you guys want! K cya.

    Start with Superman. An origin story. Metallo is the main villain, but is working for Lex Luthor.
    Then go to Batman. Not an origin story, per say, but kind of like where Bruce has only been Batman for a short while. Riddler as the main villain.
    Then go Wonder Woman. Another origin. Main villain is Cheetah.
    Up next, The Flash. Not an origin, but say he's a been inexperienced, having only been the Flash for a short while. The Rogues are the villains, with Captain Cold, Boomerang, Heatwave, Mirror Master, and Weather Wizard on the team.
    Then, Aquaman. An origin. Black Manta is the villain.
    Next is Green Lantern. An origin, but for John Stewart, a new Lantern-in-training under the wing of Hal Jordan. Sinestro is the main villain. Hal dies, making John the main Lantern. Introduce Martian Manhunter in a credits scene.
    Then finally, Justice League. The White Martians, led by Malefic who would be made into a White Martian, are the villains, working for Darkseid.

    Surely what Ben just described, with a multiverse and a condensation down into one earth, with the best bits kept in and the rest thrown out, isn't a....."Convergence" it's.....a "Crisis on Infinite Earths!"
    Isn't there really two options- either just have some kind of reboot a la Flash-esque time travel...or they just continue as they have, tweaking the bits people didn't like. That's basically what they began with Justice League (Superman was more optimistic, Batman was a little less grey around the temples, Wonder Woman featured more prominently, etc)
    If it were me, I'd do another Justice League movie with the same cast (assuming Ben Affleck is up for it), but a new plot. Have someone like Whedon directing the whole thing- with the heroes against the Legion of Doom. Then build up in subsequent movies to a proper invasion from Darkseid- using Morrison's "Rock of Ages" storyline. The great thing about that is that you can have your cake and eat it. You reboot everything- all that came before (that you want to stay) is still cannon, and suddenly that weird Flash boom tube sequence from Batman V Superman actually makes sense!

      Wombat JO I think you do basically thr same thing as Days of Future Past. It's a straight up time travel movie, no more complicated than Back to the Future. You start in an apocalyptic future (Darkseid is taking over the world) where the Justice League is killed off in cool ways, and at the last second, Flash goes back in time to set things right. The have it be a prequel to MoS, and focus on younger Wonder Woman, Batman and Superman, before the latter 2 turned dark and cynical and weird. Flash changes history by basically getting them together sooner and in a much less antagonistic way. They immediately destroy all 3 mother boxes and launch a pre-emptive attack on Apocalypse to foil Darkseid's plans. It's a fun, lighthearted action movie with hilarious references to the 90s or early 2000's, with a huge cool battle at the end where the Trinity mows down Parademons and Superman gets to punch Darkseid in the face. Darkseid is not killed but is put on notice that Earth is not a pushover. At the end, we get references to the new Justice League, or even cut back to the future where it's already a thing, with the Watchtower and Green Lantern and all that. I'm sure there's gaps in my plot (I don't remember enough about Superman from MoS to recall if this timeline works with when he gets the suit and all) but I'm betting it can be made to work with some finagling.

      That isn't bad at all a clean through line All time travel no multiverse and I really like the idea of making kinda social satire of how this became the grim dark age with a lighter past. It would certainly get the heroes to a place I would like to see them. Being the one who thought it would be to complicated, I would now like to make it more complicated. I would like to see the "New" heroes having to go to the future and beat up their old self's, Bats and Supes fight their old selves whilst the WWs talk things out, our "New" heroes win proving hope and heroism will always win the day by not killing anyone. (Or even trying to)Maybe that is what leads to Darkseids defeat, he has been using the anti-life equation to corrupt earth, with the Anti- Heroes defeat our heroes are shot back in time riding a wave of the Anti-life being destroyed. This could be used to fix any plotholes, because the Anti Life had been leaking into the past. Pa Kent not being a total dick "Maybe" a bus load of dead kids ain't that bad "Watch me die pointlessly to prove I'm the MAAAN!" Deadshot is in fact the worlds deadliest assassin as he will now kill the other 50% of the population and not be a sexist . and so on.God aren't comics great we have both written stuff that seems totally insane but in fact makes total logical sense :) I would certainly pay to see your movie but I am a comic fan and I still am not convinced you can get the public to turn out for another movie featuring a DCEU they don't care about. But OK it might not be a total disaster. (That's high praise, take it)Thanks for your reply and for reading this far I hope my ideas are clear enough to make sense.

    I want a flashpoint where Flash saves his mother, the Waynes and the dog and Pa Kent from that stupid tornado.

    I say the current universe is the Flashpoint one and Barry has been playing dumb. His solo movie is about putting it back. That’d be a good twist.

    Do a flashpoint movie, but instead of the sad one from the comics, make a bill and ted type thing with Rip hunter as the tage along character, trying to fix the broken timeline
    (One important thing they need to hold back on is the amount of batman they put he can mentioned, he can teased, he can shown on tv, he can even appear in other peoples movies, but don't give him a movie just yet )
    After which you make a superman movie, make it hopeful, make use of clark kent not just superman, ( he is a reporter after all) also skip the origin, you can show some stuff from his childhood, him finding out he has powers, showing them lana lang, also the villains should be small time intergang (maybe some hint at darkside) toyman
    Then do a wonder woman sequel
    With batman as a (sort of villain)
    Then we do shazam explore magic a bit, make it a monster movie Mr. Mind as the villain
    After that lets see what Barry's been up to since we last saw him, he's running stopping crime as fast as possible, he feels he has handle on things, that's when a thief by the name leonard Snart breaks out of iron heights, while some other villains show up and up robbing the same bank after they all in come face to face with the flash they all the decied to team up
    Then it's off to space to hang with new green lantern Hal Jordan, as he comes to terms with his role as a defender of justice across the known cosmos he's willpower will be tested against the manhunters who have been reactivted
    Those are just some of the ideas i have if we make this far
    Batman can start off your second phase

    My God she's BEAUTIFUL. She should be a high end vogue type model with that almost painfully beautiful face

    Gotta say, I've loved the DCEU movies. Except for Suicide Squad. They've definitely had problems but I've really liked them so far. It upsets me that they're in trouble because I've loved them so much.

    Keep doing what they are doing despite justice league being a big misstep in vision I think they know where they are going forward with things even if that is just good solid solo superhero movies like Shazam and aquaman for now

    Either completely reboot it or use Flashpoint to lightly reboot it. Get more focused directors unlike Snyder or Ayer. Light hearted Superman, Jake Gynnallhal as Batman, keep Gal Gadot as WW, and maybe everyone else but the past stories.

    What about soft rebooting Batman using flashpoint? So post flashpoint you have Bruce Wayne die fighting the court of the owls. You can have Batfleck discover he has a son with talia, she's running from the owls. Batfleck starts investigating it, damian does his own investigation. Then Dick Grayson discovers damian (like the animated movie) and instead of having damian continually running off and getting in harm's way, Nightwing accompanies him. Then somewhere damian gets caught by the court (wearing the robin outfit). Nightwing and Batfleck go in to save him but in order for Dick and Damian to get out Batfleck sacrifices himself. His final words are to keep his son and Gotham safe. Then the next movie can be battle for the cowl but it's just Jason Todd and Dick Grayson. You can use deathstroke as an overarching villain. Then Jason, seeing that they are his family and care for him, gives up the cowl to dawn the red hood joins Happy Bat and Grumpy Robin to defeat Deathstroke.

    Just use Flashpoint to reboot it; The Flashpoint universe is just the new one going forward, keep whatever cast members you want and move forward...that way Superman's first movie for instance can be set in a world where other metahumans exist.
