My Favorite Bun Recipe

This is my "go to" bun recipe. I use it for hamburger buns, hot dog buns, sub rolls, even pizza crust!.
Ingredients:
1 Egg (room temp)
2 Tablespoons soft Butter
1 ½ Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Powdered Milk
1 ½ teaspoons Salt
2/3 Cup Milk at room temp. (157 g.)
300g Bread Flour
1 ½ teaspoons Instant Yeast
Regular Dough Setting on bread machine.
Bake in Air Fryer for 10 minutes at 310 F.
Flip and continue baking for 5 more minutes at 310 F. until golden.
