Recipe because I’ve seen none in the comments lol: Chicken breast Paprika / pepper / salt Greek yogurt Fresh coriander Fresh parsley Garlic Lime (juice) Tahini Fresh tomato Chicken; Cut chicken breast in half and season with paprika, salt and pepper accordingly. Cook on oiled pan (oil of choice) until cooked through. Sauce: Combine together and blend greek yogurt, coriander, parsley, (peeled and cut) garlic, tahini and squeeze of lime juice. Cut your tomato and finished chicken into strips and drizzle with your sauce. Add spicy cheese (or halloumi/regular cheese to substitute if you don’t like spice) and fry in oiled pan until golden. Just made this for Lunch with homemade tortillas. 10/10 would recommend. I love cilantro so I went a little heavy, but my poor wife hates it…so if you’re cooking for someone who hate cilantro you may want to keep with his ratios. Next time I try this I’m going to try an avocado base for the sauce, or may even just replace the sauce with avacado. I think the creamy texture and mild flavor would play nicely with the cheese and chicken seasoning. Wife would like it more too haha. But really, try this! I LOVED it!
Ever heard of pre-heating? You can do other things while waiting for the pan to heat up... Literally that's what you're supposed to do lol, if not you lose A LOT of time... However that was me double checking I was making it right and learning how to turn on the food processor 😅. I can see how this is easily under 15 minutes to make. And: It’s DELICIOUS! this thing was delicious! some tips though, for anyone who wants to make it: - go easy on the lime juice in the sauce. i squeezed half a lime really well and the sauce was sour a little overpowering. - make sure you layer everything flat. cut your tomatoes thin, and if you add other veggies, don't pile it. this makes it hard to flip in the pan and also eat. - don't skimp out on the cheese. it kind of binds everything together and makes it easier to flip and eat. - personally, i think it would be even better with something a little sweet in it, like a bit of honey in the sauce. the whole dish is savory so if you like your meals both sweet and savoury, this might be a good idea. hope this helps :)

Delicious sauce. While I didn't make the exact recipe, it inspired me to make a sauce for my breakfast burritos this morning. I used Mexican crema, parsley, scallion greens, garlic, tahini, lemon, and a kiss of honey. My husband loved it and I loved it. Great addition to my burritos. Thanks for the inspiration!
