For a place like Muturwa it is kind of tricky due to so many traders who would need to be relocated for a period of almost 2 years. There are no spaces around Nairobi CBD that are freely available. But that is not the major challenge. It all goes to priorities and availability of funds. The previous government concentrated on major infrastructure project, this government wants to try every medium level project that seems to have stalled but will improve social lives. It will take a while, we have to be patient
