It’s so rare to find a diy video that is super useful and doesn’t have a 5 min intro
You have a kick ass dad! That's what dads should do with their kids!
bruh it was my birthday yesterday and my dad don’t even text to say happy birthday
Thats what I was thinking, look after each other, good vid, going to do this on my saab convertible
This is what we really want to see. People who actually work on their Porsche and make custom parts by the materials from local hardware stores.
This is one of those few Porsche drivers that I respect.
Besides, a very good and informative video. Im giving this one a like.
Im in the same situation, I have a 986.1 with a 986.2 bumper. I dont have the bumper trim and scalpers are asking wayyy to much for a simple plastic part. Gonna make my own with hex pattern abs mesh.
nice hack on putting a packing tape on the grill for the line for cutting.
Great video. I admire your continuous mention of your dad. There's nothing in the world like a father and son relationship. I just subscribed to your channel and I look forward to more videos from you in the future. The grill by the way turned out nice.
Thanks Alex, this is one of the best vids of home made grills I've seen so far! No BS and straight to the point and I'm going to try out your technique
Wow never thought of this! Looks a lot easier than removing the whole bumper and cutting off some parts of it. I will give this a shot. Thank you!
You and your dad?
That's cool. I miss making some car stuff with my dad.
Give difference. Great tutorial. Father and son duo😎
Wow! Looks great. Thanks to you and your Dad for the tips. Short, simple and to the point. Well done!
Dude that looks really freaking good. That trim You put on it just brings it all together.
Thank you for sharing these techniques. It’s great project and looks amazing.
you guys missing the point he's used his imagination to create something and execute it
I think this is so creative! A simple and easy way for anyone to make a badass lookin grille!
This is absolutely the best video I've seen for making a mesh grill. You all made it, make sense.
I think this looks great! I like how it's easily removable too
That's why I love YT.
I need to find something.... Bam you have done it before and made my life easier 😜
Thanks mate.
Brilliant work. It looks great imo
Honestly came out great!
Love the directions. Thanks for making the video.
Nice job, nice car. I love the colour. There's a lot of haters here. My only criticism would be that I would have put some sort of protective film on the original grill parts to protect the front face of them from rubbing on the mesh. Then if you later take it off and go back to original there'll be no sign that it was there. Great to see a dad and son getting creative. Worth more than the car itself.
This is actually one of the best videos I’ve seen on this. I thought the only option would be to cut the grille out and use fiberglass and bondo to install one of these grilles. Screw the hate, this is an amazing mod for any car
I like that, great idea
Great video! I made grills for my hood scoops. Now I need to do the other grills to match.
I have similar grey lines under honeycomb. I just painted them black with plastidip, and now it looks awesome.
Very nice, pretty cool doing projects with the old man... good times, miss them alot
Thanks really useful. Will certainly share content with my buddies.
Man, that's a good job! Looks awesome
Looks great. Thanks for the tips.
Love it, it looks great.
You made it look really easy. Thanks
Looks great, and great vid. Love the explanation and prep work, too.
A grille like this will help protect your AC condenser (radiator is usually behind the condenser)- something Honda owners should take note of.
Great vid - thanks for posting. Thinking about doing this for my BMW to prevent leaves from getting in. Problem is if the mesh is too large small leaves will get in - and once the mesh is installed you have to take it off to get them out.
Have you had any debris get in there with the mesh installed?
It looks nice. Great job.
Looks fly. Nice job!

I learnt a lot.thanks mate
Looks great
really awesome., thanks for the video
Amazing! Where did you get the plastic belt?
Came out pretty good. Future tip, any time you're making a template of something symmetrical, you only have to get one side correct then you use that template to make the other side an exact replica. No neet to trace out and template the left and right side, theyre both the same :)
Good job. Very helpful video
Do you have a link of where you bought your grill and rubber thing? Been looking for something like this for my car
