To brine the Turkey
Bunch of parsley
Bunch of sage
Hand full garlic 🧄
Hand full of fresh rosemary
2 oranges
1 onion
1 cap chilli flakes
5 bay leaf
1 cup of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
To cook the turkey
Brined turkey
Celery
Onions
Garlic
Parsley
Carrot
Olive oil
Butter
Suya pepper
Lemon pepper
Salt
Bake on 425 dor the first 30 mins
And on 400 for anither 1 hr to 1 hour 30 mins depending on the size of toir turkey
