Hello ! It is possible to weld galvanized steel using an MMA welding machine, but it is not recommended.
Galvanized steel is typically coated with a layer of zinc to protect it from corrosion. When the steel is welded, the zinc coating can vaporize and create harmful fumes and smoke, including zinc oxide. Inhaling these fumes can lead to a condition known as metal fume fever, which can cause symptoms like flu-like symptoms, fever, chills, and sweating.
If it is unavoidable to weld galvanized steel with an MMA welding machine, it is important to take proper safety precautions, such as working in a well-ventilated area, wearing a respirator mask, and using a welding technique that minimizes zinc vaporization. It is also recommended to grind or remove the zinc coating in the area to be welded prior to welding.

Inside the machine .i have a ingco welding but this is not like that..this is 320amp and not an industrial type.
