- This video will show you how to make cannabis infused gummies using tincture. I do not know the exact mg of the gummies. The mg depends on strength of YOUR infusion. Enjoy!

1 cup juice (divided)
3 packs of unflavored knox gelatin
½ tsp soy lecithin
1 tsp potassium sorbate or lemon juice
3 oz flavored jello (1 small box) Jolly Rancher or Starburst
1 pack unsweetened kool-aide
1/8 cup sugar

Once completed I use a squeeze bottle (from dollar tree) to fill the molds. This way it’s quick & easy to fill each cavity.

Perfect recipe. One thing I do different is when I have my mix all finished and ready to put in the molds, i instead use ice cube trays. Pour into tray, put them in the freezer for a couple hours, then take them out of the freezer and use the knife to just gently score around the edges ,pop it out and then slice them into thin gummy size bites and they turn out perfect. It eliminates the need for the molds and you don't have to hurry as fast as you can put it all into the Ice Cube tray.
- in small bowl mix
[ ] 1/2 cup juice
[ ] 1 kool aid pack
[ ] 1/8 cup sugar
[ ] 3.5 packs Gelatin
-set aside
- Start double boil
Add to double boil bowl \/
[ ] 6 Tablespoons tincture
[ ] Leave on medium heat
In a separate pan add
[ ] 1/2 cup juice, bring to boil
[ ] Add 1 flavor Jello pack
[ ] Add 1.5 tsp lemon juice
Stir until combined, turn heat off
[ ] Pour Jello mix pan into double boil bowl
[ ] mix well a couple minutes
[ ] Add Koolaid / Gelatin mix from bowl to double boil
[ ] Wisk fast for 3-5 mins until combined
[ ] Add to molds with syringe or sooon
[ ] Let sit for at least 10 hours before removing from mold
⭐ Don't Add sugar until fully air dried!
[ ] Store in an airtight container or bag
lecithin is not needed??
Lecithin goes in the bowl with the tincture
What I need to know... is the tincture you are using in this recipe is the same as the green dragon video where you use 1 cup of everclear to 7 grams of weed? And comparing this method to cannabutter using 4 sticks of butter to an ounce of weed which is stronger? For example I use 1 1/4 sticks of butter for 12 brownies. (Note I use extra butter to line the pan) I am wondering how many gummies from this recipe is equivalent to one brownie? Does anyone know? I love making edibles from cookies to baked potatoes to butter for dipping crab to grill cheese sandwiches pancakes etc etc 😂and want to learn how to make gummies. Just need to know potency equivalency.
Can you please provide quantities in ounces or grams for the pre-packaged ingredients? (Koolaid and Jello). I live outside the US and package sizes and brands are different here. Thanks!

Glad it was helpful! It makes it easier until the gummies starts to firm up...then getting the mixture out when you're down to the last bit is a hassle and waste of gummy mixture :)

I've been thinking about the point at which you add the tincture to the mix and then start adding heat. Are you trying to burn off some of the alcohol? I'm just curious as to why it isn't added right at the end as the mixture is starting to cool, Thank you. Very clear demonstration.

I got the same blue top mini baster tube to suck up the mixture and mine lasted about as long as your's did! Got the stupid thing when I ordered my molds.
Did you reduce your tincture at all? E.g. I will infuse a 500ml of a grain alcohol and 6tbs of tincture is about 88.7mls of tincture. I usually divide my batch of infusions into 4 so 88.7ml x 4 would equal around 300ish mls.
Just wondering if you reduce it a bit to increase the potency or you just infuse and use.

I dont follow this exactly but i do make gummies from golden dragon (i also do a quick coconut oil extraction with the leftover used nugs to get it all out
Also its best to just sprinkle the gelatin over liquid. Itll all saturate, when you mix the dry and wet u can get clumps that dont hydrate
Hi, how important is it that the Kool Aid is unsweetened? I'm struggling to find the unsweetened version in my county.

I’d recommend using a little bit more gelatin than the video asks for. In the written instructions, as an example, it says to use 3 1/2 packets of gelatin, but in the video, she says three packets of gelatin. If you use three packets, the gummies come out very soft.

Made my first Tincture and used this recipe. I thought it was a good idea to double to tincture 😂. My gummies taste extra strong. Next time I will use 8 tbsp of tincture instead.

You need the fridge to harden it for sure before removing from molds
I dry them at room temperature but either way works fine. Just a preference

Are your recipes written somewhere? I was following along and your wording caused me to add the remaining juice too early after I rewatched it to make sure (plus this works better for my brain in terms of planning ahead). Thankfully, no weed was harmed in my misunderstanding. :D

A little food safety here from the food service industry. Gelatin is an animal product and needs to be refrigerated for commercial sales. I would love to see you try a recipe using pectin instead of gelatin. Gummies made with pectin do not need to be refrigerated since it is made from fruit!

Green Dragon is decarbed weed covered in grain alcohol. Put in freezer for a few days then strain.

No. You need it to help your body absorb the THC since these are pretty much fat free. You either need THC or a fat.
I tried this recipe but mine came out a little bit too oily, should I have used a little less cannaoil? Other wise recipe was very easy to follow.
