راقي.. راقي سمت أخلاقي
a climber.. I'm a climber with high character
في ذرى الآفاق
that ascends to the summits of the world
ذوقا وروح.. عطرا تفوح
in appearance and essence.. I emanate perfume
راقي.. راقي غدت أحلامي
a climber.. I'm a climber with big dreams
في ضيا أيامي
that are illuminated by my days (reality)
دوما يلوح.. فيها الطموح
I can always glimpse.. my ambitions through them

جيل له العلا شعار
we are a generation that takes glory as its logo
حاز المعالي باقتدار
and is working hard to earn ascension
تبني يداه خير دار
we are building the best of abodes
تسمو خطاه حيث سار
wherever we head we are always climbing higher

يزيد باشتياق
only gets bigger by anticipation

بعد مايبست عروقي عليك وطاحت اوراقي
it only comes after my veins dries out and my leaves fall off
شسولف لك حبيبي وانت ماتدري وش اللي صار
what can I tell you my beloved as you don't know what happened
انا العاشق انا الساهر انا التايه انا الشاقي
I am the smitten one, I am the sleepless, I am the lost, I am the sufferer
انا ودي معاك العمر اعيشه بثلاث اعمار
I would like to live my life with you three times over
لكن العمر واحد وراح اكثر من الباقي
but life is only one and what passed of it is more than what remains
تعال اكسر عيون الشوق مادام ان السنين قصار
so come over and prove the longing wrong since life is short
قبل لا يموت حب لك ترعرع داخل اعماقي
(come) before this love for you that has been grown and planted inside of me dies out..
