    This is a GREAT workout, thank you Sensei! I love the variety you give us, I am getting so much stronger. I notice it in unexpected ways, like it was much easier taking the trash and recycle out the other night, my whole body is feeling fitter and more able after just a month of recommitting to daily workouts with you 🧡

    I can't lift my leg side to side with the band so I skim the floor. Is it alright if I do it that way. I'm still pushing through. Thanks coach

    This workout was awesome. I am subscribed here but wanting to subscribe on the website. If I pay the $14.99 will I only have access to 4 workouts a month?

      I post workouts more than 4 times. But sometimes I’m traveling and there will be none posted. Then I’ll make up the following week. I hope that makes sense.

      So If I need daily variety it would be best to save up for the yearly membership so I have access to all the workouts?
