Curious, do you have any information as to where the fuel pump connector harness line runs? I want to check the ground as it’s burnt out.
I don’t unfortunately but most will run under the seat into the side harness then into the engine bay

Great video, was hoping this could be a fix for my strange problem but not sure! I have an issue where when I get to around 1/3 of a tank, maybe just over, my car struggles to start. It is like there is no fuel. When I put fuel in, then its fine. I have filled the tank knowing how much I usually put in from that range and all seems correct so, when it gets back to the previous level, it seems as though there is fuel there, but not being used. It got me stranded on a motorway which was when I first discovered this fault. Just had no joy with it since. I have got around it by basically keeping my fuel tank full!
Does sound like a fueling issue. But a further diagnosis is required.
Fault fuel sender, dirt in the bottom of the tank etc. I would advise to get it booked in.

Did you have to put new o rings in for the fuel lines that go into the unit? If so what size/type o rings I can seem to get the right one
Normally the O rings are fine to reuse,
If you want to replace or damaged one then there are universal kits or might be a dealer only part
Having a hard time to find part can you tell me what website has the part? Please

On that top retainer (green) clip is there also an O-Ring on that fuel line or is it just the clip ? ( 1:42 )
Can’t quite remember. Normally the o ring will be inside the green clip

I have the same problem with a fuel pump that I have to change I can't get to Teouve in France in 2.2 I can put a 2.7
