English: The video contains detailed instructions for float level adjustment on Solex 44 PAI carburettors, often fitted on Volvo Penta AQ130 and Volvo B20 engines. This carburettor is not lika any other due to the fact that the float and needle valve are placed in separate halves of the carburettor.

No need to buy new ones (needle and seat) unless they don´t seal !! the copper ring/gasket under them is of **different thicknesses** to adjust height, in addition to bending the tab on the float; or you can use 2 of the very thin ones one on top of the other; hope that helps too.

Jose. Can you explain a bit more? I have a single Solex on my Penta engine. It will not idle properly but if I remove the emulsion jet, idles o.k. but no throttle up. I think my float height is low but I cant understand the video with all of the writing. Thanks
