I miss musical theatre... I just cried all the way through this... every single piece of music reminds me of being in all those WestEnd and Broadway theatres...

Just incredible---the arranger, orchestrator, the players, the mic'ing, the mix, OMG!!!! THIS is music at its finest, and I speak as a professional pianist.
Yeah, the players are amazing. The standard is just so high for professional musicians these days. So exacting.
I've now listened to this 3,456,786, 241 times. I don't see myself stopping. Bravo to all (and a special thank you for "mambo!") .
This is absolutely BRILLIANT how you Alan Williams put it all together and those wonderful musicians. It not only made my day, it thrilled me all over, made me smile, touch my chest as if I was touching my heart with so many wonderful memories and my love of theatre, not only going to see musicals & hearing them, but acting and singing in them as well. This amazing collections of virtual musicians also brought me tears of happiness! Thank you Alan Williams and ALL of you incredible musicians!

I have lost count home many times I’ve watched this, the la cage and Joseph parts are my fav I wish I could just have both of them
Regardless that many ideas were lifted from the originals and Barry Manilow’s Overture of Overture I give credit for lifting from the best. The biggest value and I credit Alan for bringing all the musicians together and bringing us all back to the music and times we all long for and appreciate. The best musicians from the London pool and music we all love. I think a big nod is due to all the great arranger/orchestrators that inspired this. Bennett, Lang, Tunick, Ginzler, Kostal, Walker, Spialek,Royal,Burns, Sauter, Kay,Ramin, Brohn,Sauter, Matz, Byers, Tyler, Wilcox,Troob, Starobin, Besterman, Hochman, Boardman and the composers...Styne, Hamlisch, Rodger, Kander on and on and please forgive me for all the names I left out. Kudos to Alan for putting this together and the efforts of all of his collaborators named or otherwise. Dimitri Tiomkin (great film composer) when he won an Academy Award thanked every composer he had stolen ideas from. The result deserves a great nod for bringing us all some happiness. Wonderful ! Made me cry ! Music like this made me choose the entertainment profession as my career, as a dancer then singer, which I do now. The Theatre is my life since I was 6yrs old. All you musicians are just magnificent, the world needs you now more than ever. Long may you make music 💖💖💖

Fabulous! I already had tickets for Hello Dolly, Sunday in the Park With George, Malory Towers and South Pacific in Chichester. All cancelled - disappointing for fans, but devastating for all the wonderful talented musicians and performers and back stage folk.
The Return will be so overwhelming - sobbing at the thought of it. Only consolation is that you will be wildly appreciated now we've realised how much we've missed you all. Bravo all round, particularly to the sensational arranger! And thank you all.
Just fantastic, having suffered at lack of theatre visits during lockdown etc. this has renewed my wish to get back in the theatre asap. We are missing so much. Hope all concerned are keeping their peckers up. Thanks again !!!

This is fabulous! I have played in a pit orchestra for The Milwaukee Ballet for over 35 years. This is my first year in all that time to not play (many) Nutcrackers. It seems so strange..like I'm retired-but I'm not.
