A Charity concert that premiered 31.5.20 and is raising money for Acting For Others, NHS Charities Together and Black Lives Matter Global Charities.

Bravo! Outstanding job! My uncle, Dick Perry, played first trumpet in the original Broadway production of Gypsy and Funny Girl. He would have loved to hear your terrific rendtion! And on Zoom!

That was great!! The Gypsy overture is significant in musical history because it brought burlesque musical front and center into the overture. Again, a fantastic performance!
Hello to all involved in this. I've just had a kind of a bad, sad day, and when I came across this, it made me feel so much better. It's a great overture, and your interpretation of it is spot on. It brought tears to my eyes. Such amazing talent, every single one of you. Thank you so much. Hard to believe you could do this remotely. So impressed.

I remember when the show came out, and a friend got one of the first ‘LP’s’ available. Listened to the overture again and again. Entire show a true smash hit. So happy this video is now out for all to enjoy.

Thank you so much for taking the time to do this... I know it has been a minute since this has been posted, but it has absolutely made my day seeing it just now. There is a magic seeing live theatre and feeling the power of live music... but this is just a wonderful as we get to see the magic behind the sounds! I know there is an acknowledgment at the end of the show in regards to the pit orchestra, but we rarely get to see anyone performing. Kudos to a phenomenal job!!!
OMG! My favorite overture, well-performed. And each player's tone, feel, and pitch are great! And so perfectly mic'd and mixed! I speak as a professional pianist. And how in the world did all those players in remote locations without a conductor, with all those tempo changes, remain in sync?! And the video really adds! Thank you, thank you, thank you! P.S.
