I thank you so much, I am feeling very positive about tomorrow. I am gonna wake up at 6AM and go for a run (I NEVER do that), take a shower, finish up some homework, and make breakfast. Tomorrow will be a good day!

Day 4 already feel so much better. I always felt my drinking was due to an issue with my body physiology. This is the only program I found that addresses that. Thank You!

This makes more sense than anything I have heard so far. I mean if you are ingesting poison for years, how far behind the eight ball is your health?

Chris mentions both glutamine and biochemical individuality. Coincidentally, back in my university years (BS, UC Berkeley, nutritional science) I knew of a biochemist named Roger Williams who observed and reported that glutamine could be used to heal from abuse of alcohol. He also wrote a book Biochemical Individuality.

I also was 3 years sober. Your book helped me through my nursing career and Covid survival. I did the supplements. I’m now struggling with sobriety due to family stress. Help!

Feeling that energy, and that fired up purpose, is a great indicator you're in a good place. For a very simple approach that takes about an hour to modify your brain and lasts permanently, read Steffon Barkload's approach, and stop foor good.

I need to find somewhere in my area that prescribes this I’m so over repeating this pattern of over drinking I just want to get to a point I don’t want to drink

    • @RiaHealth

Hello! Insurance does cover the medications in some cases. The medication is generally very affordable as well if your insurance does not cover. We hope that helps!

@@eveevolution1607 if your Primary care doc won’t prescribe (most do I think) go to a DO (Doc Osteopathy) or addiction specialist. Good luck. I’m combining Sinclair with Amino acids. Love Sinclair but I’m coming along great with Fit Recovery advice! Game changer for me.

Wait a second… you mean that my pleas that these aspects needed to be addressed in my recovery are not my manifested delusions delusions from moral and character deficits of denial not working the steps hard enough, SSRI deficiencies, and not signing up for 6 more months of inpatient treatment to reinforce my moral and character deficiencies and my objections are manifestations of denial… 😂🎉😂
