if there are two adjustments on debtors like 5% rdd & 2% discount then which one will come first rdd or discount & why?
Rdd will be first because it is for bad dentors created on total debtors and discount is then allowed to good debtors left

Sir why we show provision for doubtful debts in profit and loss account as we have created the provision at the year ends and if we put it in the profit and loss account it would got expired... right.. sir please tell the reason

Sir, as we are creating a provision for bad debts in books of accounts by showing as an expense in p and l account. Now where will the company keep the physical cash witch was kept aside from profits for provision for bad debts ( thinking in a practical situation) ?
It will either be in the form of cash(if available) or else in the form of any assets (if it is purchased from that amount)

it was calculated on 90000 which was left after deducting it from 100000,,, so calculate the 5% of 90k n then deduct it frm 90k
