hello, hope u are doing allright. I have a question with regards to the point, wherein u debited 20 cr as a purchase of machinery, wouldn't that calculated in expenses itself and spreaded over the years till it's shelf value reaches 0 and would account for depreciation each year.?
Purchase of machinery will be accounted as asset and not as expense - depreciation on machinery will be accounted as expense - however financial statement fails to exhibit cash flow related to machinery - that gets captured in cash flow statement
The cash & cash equivalent of Balance Sheet will match with the final output of Cash Flow Statement?
