      Your back can handle way more than your arms, this is only a stretch for the back, it's not even close to enough to hurt your back/spine.
      Anything you can lift in one hand isn't going to hurt your back, your arms or hands would fail first in these positions.

      Yes, but in this video there are exercises at home with dumbbells on a day and there are exercises at the gym on a day. This means that if you exercise at home with dumbbells, do only dumbbell exercises on a day, and if you exercise at the gym, do only gym exercises and not all of the exercises there.

    Sir, I want to ask you something, when you first go to the gym and train your lats, they will start to feel sore, right? because that's happened to me when the first time train lats, when my lats recover after 2 days, i went back to gym and train lats again, but this time i feel no sore, and i already do it so many times but i still feel nothing in my lats, so is this normal or not ? if not can you please make the tutorial how to do it correctly ?       Yes, but in this video there are exercises at home with dumbbells on a day and there are exercises at the gym on a day. This means that if you exercise at home with dumbbells, do only dumbbell exercises on a day, and if you exercise at the gym, do only gym exercises and not all of the exercises there.

    Dunno bout the spine in exercise 1#. Curved back rapid alternating weight high risk of injury too heavy a weight be careful better raise those weights higher 😮

      No, brother, the first part is at home with dumbbells only, and the second part is in the gym. For example, You only need 6 exercises, 3 rounds of 10 to 12 reps per exercise
