- My custom smartwatch project is finally done! Per usual, I messed up a few things, but I got it working in the end! Still have some firmware to write, but it keeps time, and even has capacitive touch!

About checking your boards. A thing that worked for me is to make a check list. Everytime you make a mistake, add it to your check list as something to look for. The point is to stop making these mistakes and everytime you make a new mistake, it just makes you check list even more bullet proof.

yep hits every time ! when ever i printed n itched the circuit board
print come out good but it turns backwards
then fix it again then triple check design is in back side of the board
try to put ic on then ic pins is wrong way
then i realize the circuit i design at first was good just need to inverted or something
then lots of mistakes i learn something new we all do right
first try n it works then what would we learn right?!

Isn't that battery way too small for powering an esp32, or are you using deepsleep somehow?
I try deepsleep but in that mode. The Crystal turn off. And the oscilaton work is doing by r+c components.
In 5 hours the time fordward 20 minutes. Sleepmode is not an option for do a clock
