A Nuclear weapon is incredibly difficult to explode, especially by itself. It uses a pretty complex armament system, so any of the lost ones ever to go off is VERY unlikely

The nuclear material is normally transport in casks that can survive a hit by a locomotive. Part of my training include wat c h videos of the tests of that type of cask. There are far worse things on the highway than nuclear materials, and there is far less safety involved in their movement, and they don't belong to the US Government.

Fun fact: if you pick the right date, you can get MUCH closer to the ISS when you hang out at Point Nemo.
The ISS, as with most decaying satellites, will eventually fall into the atmosphere, and will be aimed at Point Nemo precisely because it's most unlikely to hit anyone there. So if you're 'lucky', you may get to see the ISS right before it lands on your head.
I also find it funny that we are constantly dropping our space trash on Cthulhu's home.

As a Canadian who lives in southern Alberta, approximately 4 hours from the nukes in Montana, I'm am extremely unhappy about that, plus you forgot to mention the USA also stored nuclear weapons in Labrador, 2 hours as the crow flies from Saint John's, Newfoundland. And durring the "broken arrow incidents" you americans detonated a nuclear bomb off the coast of British Columbia, while flying a weapon to be serviced from Alaska to Texas and (in my opinion, the worst case) from the base I just mentioned in Labrador back to an undisclosed location in the US the plane malfunctioned and you detonated another bomb over the Saint Lawrence River, near the town of Riviere-du-Loup, Quebec, AND THEN! begged our prime minister and the British Gov at the time to not inform the public and the truth only came out after the cold war ended in 1991, and a few hundred people (aboriginal tribes on the coast of BC and French Canadians) died or had adverse effects from the radiation. So please America, move your weapons away from our borders, you've done enough damage here.
