    Hey nilsa, one more question out of all the oils and deep conditioners and everything you posted, which do you best Best absolutely 😂 think is best for hair growth. And can you show how to apply co wash?

    • @iamnilsa
      @iamnilsa  Před 2 lety

      I haven't use enough deep conditioner products to give you a good opinion on that.
      Now, I have a few favorite oils, like olive oil and rosemary for hair growth. Specifically because they help with the scalp and your hair grows from the scalp. Also, keep in mind that you diet will play a big factor in hair growth as well.

    Hey Nilsa, which mask do you recommend the mask that includes jbco, cupuacu butter, neem oil, ginger, Chebe powder, avocado, sea moss, etc or this green tea mask?

    • @iamnilsa
      @iamnilsa  Před 2 lety

      Hi! So both are really good masks. They both have anti-inflammatory properties, help with circulation, etc. I wouldn't say one is better than the other.

    Then, as of right now, which shampoo and conditioner do you recommend. And do you recommend the homemade oil or your oil that is on your site?

      @iamnilsa  Před 2 lety

      I don't have a recipe for shampoo right now. I do want to make one in the future. I'm using Shea Moisture's shampoo and conditioner. The one I mostly use is the Jamaican black castor oil one. I did just try the Moringa and Avocado Power Greens. I'll put that video out here soon too!

    Hello, is this the same thing as a deep conditioner? Also when will the wash day video come out

    • @iamnilsa
      @iamnilsa  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi! You can definitely use it in like a deep conditioner. I'll be dropping the wash day routine some time next week! I'll let you know once it drops 🙏🏽❤

    Also, what products do you use for the pre poo?

    • @iamnilsa
      @iamnilsa  Před 2 lety

      I don't have one specific recipe for pre-poo. My staple oils are olive oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, and avocado oil. The essential oils that I use is rosemary, tea tree, and peppermint oil. I really just rotate them. Sometimes I'll use coconut oil and rosemary. Other times I'll use olive oil and tea tree.

    How many times do you co-wash?

    • @iamnilsa
      @iamnilsa  Před 2 lety +1

      I usually co-wash once a week. Also, I just finished one video for oils to use. Here you go! czcams.com/video/F9B4TnD2fc8/video.html

      @@iamnilsa that’s great, have you made a video of what you eat and what foods to avoid? and your day or night time routine of what you put in your hair? Also do you recommend any shampoos that can help?

      @@_Vanessa_47 I do have a video on foods to avoid and replacements here: czcams.com/video/3FGVbNeXFPs/video.html
      I don't have one a my current routine, but I can make one!
      If you have a shampoo and conditioner that already works well with your hair, I would suggest sticking with it and focusing on your diet. I have been using Shea Moisture's shampoos and conditioner.
