    Love your channel! What ratio would you use when mixing with the carrier oil? Thanks

    • @iamnilsa
      @iamnilsa  Před 2 lety +3

      Thank you! Since it is topical, I would recommend 4-5 drops per every tsp of essential oil. So for instance, I would use 1/2 cup or carrier oil and 40 drops of essential oil.

      @iamnilsa  Před 2 lety

      There's a few variables that have to be taken into consideration before picking your oils and products. The main things I need to know is:
      Do you have an oily, normal, or dry scalp?
      What is your hair type?

      @@blssing1991 so, you can pretty much use any combination of those oils that you would like. I’d definitely start with maybe coconut or olive oil with jojoba. For essential oils, try adding rosemary and tea tree. Also, for every 1/2 cup of carrier oil, add about 40 drops total of essential oil.
      Both videos that I posted for the hair mask will work fine. If you want a creamier mask, try the avocado mask or this one: czcams.com/video/0gN7BCxtljk/video.html
      The brands for shampoo and conditioner that I suggest trying either Shea Moisture, Carol’s Daughters, As I Am, or The Mane Choice. The product will come down to your preference and if you have other things going on with your hair, like dull or weak, because then you’ll want to look for a shampoo and conditioner that also targets that problem.
