So are you not allowed to draw a foul in the premier league? What Dele Alli did was the equivalent to stuff you see in the NBA all the time. His movements basically forced the other player to trip him a little and then he did some theatrics to really sell it. I'm not down with the theatrics but it was a "foul" unless you aren't allowed to draw fouls in soccer.
