I've been following your stuff for a while now, and I wanted to let you know some results. After my final round loop interview, I didn't get a generic rejection, but a phone call. My recruiter said they never normally do it, but wanted to let me know SOME feedback, even though they were limited in what they could say. They told me I nailed the leadership principles, and that a little more programming experience would go a long way. They were really nice and encouraging about it, and told me to try again soon, as they'd love to work with me. They hinted several times that I was very close, and even mentioned the bar raiser, seemingly indicating that it was a split decision amongst interviewers.
I just wanted to say thank you for all your help. I really wanted this, and I wouldn't have gotten so close without your channel.

In Europe, every interview (phone, onsite) round a candidate is asked about the LP principles for at least 15 minutes. I think coding time was given for 10-12 mins.

I had my loop a couple of weeks back. I didn't get selected eventhough i had answered all the questions in STAR format and to the point with data. Only thing that 1 out of 5 (not a bar raiser) didn't go well. I wonder what could be the reason? It took them 10 days to respond to my interview decision (not 5 days as they claim to have an answer by). Also noticed that as soon as I received the rejection that the team is pursuing other candidates the job posting was taken down. I wonder what could be the reason 🤔. No clue at all. Could shade some light on it if could have happen there?
Hi I'm afraid without being on the panel I can't offer any insight. But just because you were able to answer all of the questions with data, it doesn't mean your answers were Bar Raising. It may well be the role was filled by a candidate who did their loop very quickly after you and they decided to go with them.
