Rajma (soaked)- 1.5 cups
Bay leaves - 2
Black cardamom - 1
Cinnamon stick - 2 inch
Onion - 4
Tomato - 2
Ginger - 3 inch
Garlic cloves - 12 to 13
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder (kashmiri ) - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 2
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Ghee -1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 1/5 cup

I've always hated cooking! I used to believe that ambitious girls don't cook and cooking is too time consuming, but since the time I've started following your recipes, I HAVE FALLEN IN LOVE WITH COOKING!!!!!!! I tried alot of rajma recipes but I must say none of them can match the taste of this perticular one.

I prepared Rajma in the same style as you said...But I did not use Pressure Cooker, as I have stopped using it since 1 year...I soaked Raajma for more than 12 hours... removed it's water...them poured boiling water and covered it for 2 hours...and then started boiling it in a thick steel container(भगौना)...
Though it took 2-3 hours for boiling...but I am happy that I neither used any aluminium vessel, not pressure cooker...
I cooked exactly as you showed...its really Yummmmmiiiiieeeeee😋😋.....My husband liked it a lot ❤️❤️
