    We are back with a new recipe of Rajma Curry. Rajma Chawal Recipe is probably the most popular dish among vegetarians and vegans. Punjabi Rajma Chawal is really popular in India and almost all over the world. Rajma Curry is easy to make and delicious to eat. It in-holds a lot of protein. Red kidney beans are soaked overnight and then it is boiled which is later added in tomato and onion gravy. Red kidney beans curry / Rajma curry can be served with rice, naan or roti.

    Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
    Red Kidney Beans 300 gm (soaked overnight)
    800 ml water
    2 bay leaves
    5 cloves
    2 black cardamom
    2 sticks cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp cooking oil
    Pressure cook the Kidney Beans (4-5 whistles)
    For making the gravy
    2 tbsp oil
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    2 medium onions
    3 green chilies
    1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
    3 medium tomatoes
    2 tsp kashmiri mirch
    2 tsp Coriander Powder
    1 tsp Cumin Powder
    ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
    ½ tsp Chili powder
    ½ tsp garam masala
    2 tbsp fresh coriander
    Salt as per taste
    Water as necessary
