Egg dishes are popular across the world, this dish i.e. egg curry recipe also know as egg masala recipe is an Indian delicacy. In India there are many variations of this recipe, in this recipe video I hae shown process of making restaurant style egg curry easily without any special ingredient. In this recipe video, I have highlighted minor details which are key to make perfect egg curry.
Preparation time - 45 minutes
Serving - 4
Ingredients:
Boiled Eggs - 7 to 8
Onion - 3
Tomato -2
Green chillies- 2
Ginger - 3 inch
Bay leaves - 2
Cinnamon stick -1 inch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic cloves - 25 grams
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1.25 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Curd (plain) - 2 to 3 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 1/4 cup

So my mom makes the best egg curry, when I say the best believe me it’s better than restaurants but I chose to follow this recipe and turns out my egg curry turned sweet. My mom asked me which recipe did I use so I told her about this. She explained that you always crush the onion and then fry the paste. Caramelising them first adds an undesirable sweetness. So guys first make a paste then fry it. This recipe is better for paneer. This is my honest opinion. Thank you.

Madam I'm a vegetarian but realised that this recipe would work very well with baby potatoes. Have seen many egg curry recipes but yours' suits baby potatoes the best.
I guess this gravy would also compliment paneer and kofta in it. Never tried just a thought 💭

Aaj a recipe try ki maine, vaise batadun meri pahli gravy dish hai a aur mujhe lag-bhag 2 ghante lage sara kuch karne ke liye ( including sabjiyan kaatne aur sara saman jodne ) han thodi maa ki help li lekin sirf last me, vo bas dekh kar bata rahi thi ke masala paka hai ya nahi aur namak teast karnekeliye bas. Aur dish vaise acchi bani hai mai kah nai sakti ke bahut acchi bani hai (chalta hai pahli baar jo hai) phir bhi meri family ne to bahut pasand ki 😊( shayad maine banaya hai to vaisa laga mujhe ).
