    • @JonMartinYXD
      @JonMartinYXD Před 5 měsíci

      That's real. Most of it is the sound of high pressure gas escaping, but as burps instead of a constant leak: "PSssh PSssh PSssh" instead of "sssssssssssssssss". Add to that the "splat splat splat" of lava that was thrown into the air landing back in lava or on rock.

    This year, over the past decade, has become the most anomalous in terms of the number of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions on our planet. And looking at the dynamics of the cataclysms, it becomes clear that the situation will not develop for the better. The cause of catastrophic climate change is cyclical. The main factor is the destabilization of the planet's core. Details of the reasons for the current events were announced at the international forum “Global crisis. The Responsibility”.

    • @JonMartinYXD
      @JonMartinYXD Před 5 měsíci

      First, that is false. The rate of earthquakes and volcanic activity is not anomalous. What has actually happened is the proliferation of drones, the ubiquity of smartphones, and the Internet has given us the ability to hear about and even witness events in real time that previously would be a paragraph buried in the newspaper. The immediacy of the experience changes our perception of how common it is.
      Second, what does "this year, over the past decade" even mean?

    Fire and Ice
    By Robert Frost
    Some say the world will end in fire,
    Some say in ice.
    From what I've tasted of desire
    I hold with those who favor fire.
    But if it had to perish twice,
    I think I know enough of hate
    To say that for destruction
    Ice is also great
    And would suffice.

      The CO₂ released by all the volcanoes in the world is about 0.1557%(± 0.019) compared to the CO₂ released by humans burning fossil fuels and producing cement. Of course volcanoes also emit a lot of SO₂ which reflects sunlight, which has a cooling effect. So you tell me, which is the bigger problem, volcanoes or human activity?
